Holiday rentals with a patio in Roodepoort

The place looked exactly like the pictures, super spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the city from the balcony. Sharon went above and beyond! When I mentioned that my wife and I were staying there for our honeymoon, she had a bottle of champagne waiting for us upon our arrival. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel special. Everything was spotless, and the location felt very safe and secure with shops just downstairs. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would 100% stay here again!

I had a great time at Rose’s place. Very spacious and private. Rose welcomed me by the gate even though I arrived at night and she was hospitable. The check-in and check-out times were very flexible. Would definitely stay again.

This is the best place l have stayed, a home away from home. The Host literally the best. i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Side note, the place feels very safe and security is tight. Loooove it and definitely coming back

I had to opportunity to stay at Rachel's Place, and it was an absolutely wonderful stay, especially with the short notice with which I booked. Rachel herself wolcomed me and Coenraad made me feel reoaxed and at home. Brigitta was also very proactive with communication and helped swiftly if issues arrouse. Just like the hosts were amazing, so was Rachel's Place, modern, off the grid and everything one would need.

This unit looks exactly like the photos and is just as described! The property is wonderful, in a quiet, peaceful and safe location. The outside of the property is well maintained with parking onsite. It really feels like a home away from home. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. There are also extra blankets in the wardrobe if needed, along with a gas heater for use during the winter months. There were towels, toilet roll, etc to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to cook a meal, including cleaning products. There are enough pots and pans for daily needs, and the fridge/freezer is big enough to accommodate a family. Kennedy is amazing and incredibly accommodating. He really goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Kennedy is incredibly responsive. The host really is a credit to this property. We would definitely return to this property and I would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

This space was lovely! A big lush yard which my kid loved. The house was well equipped and so clean. Lots of amazing amenities. Definitely a home away from home. I would highly recommend Nomtha’a place!

Home away from home is the only way to describe this place. Beautifully decor designed inside and outside. Great location, easy to get to places around Johannesburg. The house is clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Patrick is an amazing host. Communication was great, always so attentive. Very friendly and welcoming. The highlight for our stay was the braai area. Such a nice hangout place to have as a feature. Looks exactly as described. Definitely booking again in the near future.

Rudo’s place is lovely. We have been here a couple times for work. She’s a great host too, making sure that we are happy and have everything we need. Checking in and out is super easy since the caretaker is right next-door. The area is safe and close to where we are working in Florida. The kitchen has everything we need to cook for the team in the evenings. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, showers nice and hot with gas geysers. Thanks again for everything Rudo!

I’m honestly in awe, the place is absolutely gorgeous and spacious! It felt incredibly homely, with a fresh scent throughout and no clutter in sight. Everything was neat and thoughtfully arranged, making it a truly welcoming space. Dorothy and Kimberly were fantastic hosts. Their communication was excellent from check-in right through to check-out, and their warm welcome really made a difference. I genuinely loved my stay — it truly felt like a home away from home. My partner and I have been using Airbnb in JHB for the past 2.5 years and this was by far our favourite place. We spent about 5 months there and absolutely loved it. The complex itself is well located, close to shopping malls and very safe. The green area right in front of the apartment is a real blessing and great for spending time outdoors. The neighbours are friendly. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you can think of. Daphne is very kind and super helpful. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back if the opportunity presents itself.
