Holiday rentals with beach access in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin

We had a fantastic time at this place! From the first moment, we felt at home – everything was very lovingly furnished and exactly as described. Communication with Laurent was excellent: fast, warm and uncomplicated. A big thank you for the all-round successful stay! We will be happy to come back.

It's very easy to walk from the train station, Charles's introduction is very clear, communication is friendly, and the handling of small problems is very timely, a real homey feeling. The room is a little damp on the first floor, but the room has a thoughtful fragrance, the bathroom is clean, the kitchen is well-equipped and modern, and the tableware is well thought out. But the toilet is a little too high, sometimes a little inconvenient, but overall it is a very satisfying modern apartment.

The apartment is superb! Everything is impeccable and good quality. Bed is super comfortable. The location couldn't be better, just next to the train station and also 5 minutes away from the beach but in a very quiet location. Amélia was always quick to answer and very helpful! We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't recommend more this place if you want to explore the area or just enjoy the beach. An absolute gem!

Very nice peaceful place, with sea views from the bedroom, in this beautiful medieval village. Apartment accessible by bus for people without a car. Great welcome, smiling: appointment given in the village square before reaching the accommodation. Spacious, neutral home, comfortable sofa and bed. Nice bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Ground coffee and some condiments available. A small bottle of rosé, very nice, offered upon arrival! No balcony but possibility to have breakfast or other on a small table, at the foot of the accommodation. Possibility to reach Menton or Monaco on foot, fairly easy downhill in 45 min (have good knees😉). No supermarket on site so remember to do some shopping in the lower town before going up to the apartment to avoid ARs!

I would this property. It's as described. Everything is accessible on foot or by train and the private garage is really a very big asset. Virginie was very responsive and super nice to answer all my questions.

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

Great accommodation, green area, lemons grow, the house has everything you need to live: kitchen, washing machine, towels, bedding. The owners are wonderful!

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Experience the most authentic southern French country life.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you go the wrong way to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is clean and cozy.The hostess and host are very kind people and will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two gun dogs, I want to take them home directly ∠(｀ω´*).

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

I felt very comfortable in the accommodation and would fully recommend it. It is clean, quiet, and nothing is missing. There were even cotton pads in the bathroom, coffee and tea, tabs for the dishwasher, etc. The balcony is magnificent and you can see and hear the sea. There is nothing to complain about. I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Valerie is a very welcoming host, very available and very responsive. His many tips helped us have a great stay. Accommodation, true to photos and description, completely refurbished as well as the double glazing of the room. Very comfortable bedding. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with an east facing balcony that allows us to have all meals outdoors overlooking the sea. And finally, a secure parking lot at the much appreciated residence. We recommend it unreservedly.

very good stay. Very friendly welcome from the owners. The apartment is large, clean and tastefully decorated. Ideal location near the beaches, Roquebrune Cap Martin and Menton. And free parking in the courtyard of the building, which is a considerable plus. We'll be happy to come back.

Yevan is an amazing host. The apartment was very clean and nice. He even managed to arrange that we could check-in earlier than planned. He’s also very responsive, whenever we had questions he replied almost immediately providing support. Thank you so much for the great care.

Excellent stay at Stéphane's. Listing is as described and photos. Ideally located to visit Menton, Roquebrune, Monaco, etc. Big plus for the underground parking. Very good communication with Stéphane.

Excellent week spent in Muriel's apartment with a very friendly welcome from Corinne. Everything was as described on site. A beautiful city, a beautiful apartment and a huge terrace with sun all day. Once the car is at the parking lot, everything is on foot (shopping, market, restaurants, casino,...) with the nearby train station 11 minutes to Monaco, 13 minutes to Ventimiglia, and buses at the foot of the building if you don't like the train. Perfect for us. ...we did not test the beach because at the end of March it's a bit fair, but for the brave, it's 50 meters from the building.

Set in wonderful grounds, this apartment is magnificent with beautiful ceiling murals and an elegant interior. Superb views of the sea from the Juliette balcony and everywhere is within walking distance. I would love to stay again!
