Holiday rentals with beach access in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt – alles war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Laurent war hervorragend: schnell, herzlich und unkompliziert. Ein großes Dankeschön für den rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Charles a été super sympa et à l’écoute, le logement était parfait, propre et bien équipé m, l’emplacement idéal a 2 minute à pied de la plage et des restaurants. Nous reviendrons !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Sie war uneingeschränkt sauber und gut ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben sind das Schlafsofa, die Matratze im Schlafzimmer sowie auch die Qualität der Bettwäsche. Alles top! Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Sowohl ein paar Meter zur Promenade am Meer als auch nur wenige Minuten zum Bahnhof. Alle unsere Ausflüge haben wir mit dem Zug unternommen. Amélie und ihr Papa waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir können einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen!

Très bel endroit paisible, avec vue sur Mer depuis la chambre, dans ce beau village médiéval. Appartement accessible en bus pour les personnes sans voiture. Très bon accueil, souriant : RDV donné sur la place du village avant de rejoindre le logement. Logement spacieux, à la décoration neutre, canapé et lit confortables. Jolie salle de bain et cuisine bien équipée. Café moulu et quelques condiments mis à disposition. Une petite bouteille de rosé, très appréciable, offerte à l'arrivée ! Pas de balcon mais possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner ou autre sur une petite table, au pied du logement. Possibilité de rejoindre Menton ou encore Monaco à pied, descente assez facile en 45 min (avoir de bons genoux 😉). Pas de superette sur place donc bien penser à faire quelques courses dans la ville basse avant de monter à l'appartement pour éviter les AR !

Je recommande ce logement. Il correspond parfaitement à la description. Tout est accessible à pied ou en train et le garage privé est vraiment un très gros atout. Virginie a été très réactive et super agréable pour répondre à l’ensemble de mes questions.

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

Чудове житло, на території зелено, ростуть лимони, у будинку є все необхідне для проживання: кухня, пральна машина, рушники, постіль. Власники чудові!

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft und würde sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sie ist sauber, ruhig und es fehlt an nichts. Es gab sogar Wattepads im Bad, Kaffee und Tee, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, etc. Der Balkon ist herrlich und man kann das Meer sehen und hören. Es gibt nichts, was es zu beanstanden gibt. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Valérie est une hôte très accueillante, très disponible et très réactive. Ses nombreux conseils nous ont aidé à passer un excellent séjour. Logement, fidèle aux photos et à la description, refait entièrement à neuf ainsi que le double vitrage de la chambre. Literie très confortable. Logement calme et paisible avec un balcon orienté Est qui nous permet de prendre tous les repas en extérieur avec vue sur la mer. Et pour finir, un parking sécurisé dans la résidence très apprécié. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

très bon séjour. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. L'appartement est grand, propre et décoré avec goût. Emplacement idéal près des plages , de Roquebrune cap Martin et de Menton. Et parking gratuit dans la cour de l'immeuble ce qui est un plus considérable. Nous reviendront volontiers.

Yevan is an amazing host. The apartment was very clean and nice. He even managed to arrange that we could check-in earlier than planned. He’s also very responsive, whenever we had questions he replied almost immediately providing support. Thank you so much for the great care.

Excellent séjour chez Stéphane. Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos. Idéalement situé pour visiter Menton, Roquebrune, Monaco, etc.. Gros + pour le parking sous-terrain. Très bon contact avec Stéphane.

Excellente semaine passée dans l'appartement de Muriel avec un accueil très sympathique de Corinne. Tout était conforme à la description sur le site. Une belle ville, un bel appartement et une immense terrasse avec le soleil toute la journée. Une fois la voiture au parking, tout se fait à pieds (courses, marché, restaurants, casino,...) avec la gare toute proche 11 minutes pour Monaco, 13 minutes pour Vintimille, et des bus au pied de l'immeuble si l'on n''aime pas le train. Parfait pour nous. ...nous n'avons pas testé la plage car fin mars c'est un peu juste, mais pour les courageux, elle est à 50 mètres de l'immeuble.

Set in wonderful grounds, this apartment is magnificent with beautiful ceiling murals and an elegant interior. Superb views of the sea from the Juliette balcony and everywhere is within walking distance. I would love to stay again!
