If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION Charming 25 m² air-conditioned studio located a short walk from the village and a few km from Carcassonne. The accommodation is quiet and not overlooked and has its own private entrance. The studio is attached to our house. A 5.50*3.50 m (unheated) swimming pool will be reserved for you. A charcoal barbecue is available. It must not be moved.

"Les Moussels" farmhouse - 6 people

The Les Moussels farmhouse is located in the commune of Martys in Aude, on the edge of the Tarn department. Farmers from father to son, Camille and Nicolas will be happy to host you on their farm of more than 400 Gascon breed cows in the heart of the Montagne Noire. Total immersion! Gite in the middle of the farm.
