Holiday rentals with a patio in Roquevaire

Very nice accommodation, tastefully furnished, quiet and close to the city center on foot. The nearby parking is very convenient and allows you to recharge your electric vehicle. The loggia was also very practical and cozy. We loved it!

Cyril and Elsa welcomed us very warmly, they are attentive and available. The accommodation is as described, the property is a haven of peace only a short drive from the heart of Marseille. Great place to stay for our family vacation.

Everything was perfect! Beware of people with auditory hypersensitivity because the jacuzzi stays lit, but the host provides earplugs! The garden is very nice with an excellent breakfast

Absolutely loved staying in Marc's apartment. Everything about it was amazing - it was peaceful, spacious, the style, the terrace, the layout and decor. We loved using the projector to watch films in the evening. The beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect too - a beautiful neighbourhood close to the Vauban area. We didn't want to leave! Would love to stay here again. Thank you so much for having us.

We were so well accommodated! The apartment was very clean, quiet, very well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the very blackout metal blinds to recover from the jet lag, the balcony with its awning, the very pleasant shower. Amer was available to us when we needed him. We felt like home from the very beginning. Pascal and his family are extremely friendly and caring. We were warmly welcomed and Pascal was giving us incredible advices on places to explore around the area. For us his interest in cycling fitted very well. He gave perfect route advices and joined for a memorable trip through lovely villages in the Provence. The house and the garden is very calm and a perfect spot to organise different trips. We loved staying here. It’s a perfect location in a quiet and beautiful street and close to the harbour. The house was very clean and tidy. Corinne responded promptly to any questions and she was very helpful. There is a lovely outside seating area that is really nice and peaceful. This is an excellent place to stay, and close enough to walk to the harbour in 5 minutes. The broadband is fast!

Very nice stay in Claire's pretty house, who was very responsive to bring us a blackout curtain when one of the shutters was broken. The house is charming and very well located. Claire was also accommodating about our departure time. We will recommend Claire's house to our loved ones.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We’ve rented several other apartments in Aix over the years, and this was by far the best. Honestly, the building isn’t much to look at, but the apartment is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable, the apartment is very well-equipped (it helps to find the hidden kitchen drawers 😂), the (rear) bed is très confortable, the showers are generous and modern. The extra office room was great for relaxing and reading, and the terrace was lovely. Having a fully equipped laundry room was just the cherry on top! All in all, we were very impressed with the apartment, and found it to be the perfect base for our adventures in Provence. I hesitate to recommend it too enthusiastically, because I don’t want to find out that it’s booked before we can stay there again!

Thanks to Naïma for her responsiveness, the apartment was great, as in the photos. Small downside in terms of soundproofing but apart from that it was great and very clean. I would recommend it without a second thought!

We had a very nice week at Virginia's. The accommodation is perfect for 3 adults, as described, the building is well secured. Communication with Virginia is easy. I recommend it without a problem. Don't miss out on Jaime's pizza!

We stayed with our two children aged 4 and 6 on the 1st floor of the house and it was a real delight! Access to the sea in 10 seconds, on a huge beautiful and very family beach, comfortable house with continuous sea view, floor redone with originality and very pleasant taste to live, and a super friendly and available helpful host! Definitely recommend!
