The house is over 250 m2 on 1300 m2 of land and can accommodate up to 11 people and 3 cars. The pool is equipped with an alarm and 4 out of 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Unfortunately, groups of friends without children are no longer accepted.

Charming studio located on the Cassis Peninsula, facing Cap Canaille with direct private sea access. It is located at the foot of the Garlaban, a 10-minute walk from the charming village of Lacours in a quiet and natural environment. Cassis, La Ciotat and central Marseille are a 25-minute drive away, Aix-en-Provence is a 35-minute drive away. The 1800 m² plot includes a swimming pool and allows parking for many vehicles (6 or more).
