The hot tub must be refilled and emptied yourself, and cleaned after use. The cabin is rented on weekends, weekdays, during events nearby, holidays, etc.

The house is located in the oldest and perhaps most famous street in Røros, Sleggveien. Originally from the year 1700, it is completely renovated and has all the amenities. The house contains kitchen, two bathrooms, a main living room and two small rooms, 3 bedrooms, porch and backyard. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, ski slopes/summer trails and the famous Slagghaugene. The residence requires you to bring bed linen and towels. Smallsetran is located in the protected part of Røros and is therefore part of the cultural heritage. The cabin has all the comforts, large kitchen (with dishwasher), large bathroom (with washing machine and dryer), fireplace, sofa and 3 bedrooms with space for five/six people. In winter, just buckle up your skis outside the door and walk straight up the slope to Avholdshytta and Skåkåsen.

In both apartments you will find internet-based TVs and fully equipped kitchens with everything you would expect from equipment for all types of cooking.

The mini house is located within a 7 minute drive from the centre of Røros. You will have full access to a large garden. The house is brand new and fully equipped with; mattresses duvets and pillows. You will find all necessary soap items in the tiny house because it must be biodegradable. You will receive general guidance on the use of the tiny house upon arrival.
