Huset inneholder kjøkken, to bad, en hovedstue og to små-stuer, tre soverom, veranda og bakgård. Huset ligger i umiddelbar nærhet til sentrum, skiløyper/sommerstier og de berømte Slagghaugene. Bostedet krever utvask, sengetøy og håndklær. Dersom du/dere ønsker å oppleve nærhet til Røros' kultur etc. er dette stedet for deg/dere.

The flat comprises the entire ground floor of a small farmhouse and has a main bedroom with ensuite, a sitting room (functions as a second bedroom when there are more than two guests), a kitchen and a second bathroom. The surroundings are peaceful and you can park right outside the door. At certain times of year, you might see elk or cranes. In the summer, cows graze in the nearby fields; the traditional barn is now a cultural centre, run by Fjøsakademiet.
