Huset ligger i den eldste og kanskje mest kjente gata i Røros, Sleggveien. Det er opprinnelig fra år 1700, men er totalrenovert og har alle faciliteter. Huset inneholder kjøkken, to bad, en hovedstue og to små-stuer, tre soverom, veranda og bakgård. Huset ligger i umiddelbar nærhet til sentrum, skiløyper/sommerstier og de berømte Slagghaugene. The flat comprises the entire ground floor of a small farmhouse and has a main bedroom with ensuite, a sitting room (functions as a second bedroom when there are more than two guests), a kitchen and a second bathroom.
