The house is located in the oldest and perhaps most famous street in Røros, Sleggveien. It is originally from the year 1700, but is completely renovated and has all the amenities. The house has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a main living room and 2 small living rooms, 3 bedrooms, a porch and a backyard. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, ski slopes/summer trails and the famous Slagghaugene. The residence requires cleaning, bedding, and towels. The flat comprises the entire ground floor of a small farmhouse and has a main bedroom with ensuite, a sitting room (functions as a second bedroom when there are more than two guests), a kitchen and a second bathroom. The surroundings are peaceful and you can park right outside the door. At certain times of year, you might see elk or cranes. In the summer, cows graze in the nearby fields; the traditional barn is now a cultural centre, run by Fjøsakademiet.
