Cozy and comfortable apartment in cultural quarter!

The house is located in a quiet and culturally protected area of central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge and costs SEK2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple live in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed as well as two living rooms, of which in one is a sofa bed. The courtyard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There are heating floors, fireplace, TV, wifi, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, micro and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: There is no kitchen. In the bedroom there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed. You are welcome to be in the garden that has a patio in the corner. Since there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. It is free parking on the street but date parking.

Welcome to a charming little apartment on our horse farm in Skåne! The apartment is on the ground floor of our idyllic half-timbered house and has access to a patio that looks out over the courtyard. Barbecue available. We offer private accommodation with a bedroom, living room, small bathroom with shower and a kitchen with everything you could need. By car you can reach Lund in 10 minutes and Malmö in 25. There are several scenic spots nearby; Skrylles nature reserve, Måryd and Revingehed to name a few.

Our apartment is located very central in a calm area close to the old city and the center of Malmö. There are many bars, restaurants, shoppings, museums, parks in a short distance walking.
