Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Rörsjöstaden

If you are always going out and doing things in the area, it is a great place to stay. And that is also the reason why we booked this stay. The space is neat and corresponds to the photos.

The place was very clean. Muhammad was a great host, who was checking us if my guests need anything. He had put a fruit plate on the table for the guest. My guests enjoyed with this stay. We did not use but free parking ability is important. Strongly recommended.

Unique place to stay in every way, lovely house, Anja is the perfect host, and the view is absolutely stunning from almost all parts of the house. The bathing water in Øresund is beautiful now.

Our entire stay was positive. The rental was perfect. The house met all our needs and we even enjoyed the garden. The location is perfect. 10 minute walk to the train. 30 minute walk to the gardens and castle. Kicki has bicycles available which was a huge plus. Kicki and Elizabeth were excellent hosts. If planning a trip to Malmo or even Copenhagen (30 minutes by train) I highly recommend this property. Thank you Kicki and Elizabeth!!

Lovely Sea view property. Enjoyed our stay there. Peter is very friendly and responsive. Both his cats were too cute.

Extremely beautiful accommodation with love for the details, in a quiet residential area, from which you can still quickly reach all the sights (by car - public transport we cannot judge).

The Airbnb had a very comfortable atmosphere and was clean, making you feel at home right away. Check-in and check-out were smooth and also flexible upon request. The hosts are quite friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach. The house is located in a quiet area. The bus connection is very good, so you can be in the city center within 30 minutes. The buses also run very frequently. We couldn't have imagined a better accomodation for our girls' trip:)

Absolutely fantastic stay! The Airbnb had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway — a jacuzzi, two amazing massage chairs, a large private bathroom, and a big TV with Netflix. Free parking right outside on the main road was super convenient. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. Highly satisfied and would definitely stay again!

We loved staying in Prit’s flat for 3 nights and we loved Malmo! The flat is cozy but beautifully well-designed so that it had everything we needed for 2 people. There’s even a comfortable sitting chair! The views are magnificent, especially the sunsets. The flat is very quiet and very clean and Prit responded quickly to all of our questions. It is a very short walk to the Super ICA supermarket, the large Kockum Fritid athletic center (with beautiful indoor pool and skating rink), and the waterfront. We rented bikes from the TravelShop at the main train station, took the Malmo Free Tour, and spent a few hours at the Ribersborgs Kallbadhus sauna and cold plunge.

We had a nice 10-day stay in Martin's flat. The flat is as described and seems even bigger than on the photos. It was very clean and well equipped. There were a lot of kitchen utensils in the kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a TV with Swedish cable television, two nice dining areas and a lot of storage space. The location is really good. There are various (also Express-) busses close by. It's also easy to walk into the city centre or to Möllevangen. The train station Triangeln is also close by. There are two supermarkets and various late shops in the area and also a lot of restaurants. Despite the fact that the flat is overlooking a large street, the flat seemed quiet when the windows were closed (it was winter). Martin was very nice and the communication was perfect. The only drawback are the very soft beds. So if you have severe back problems this might not be for you.

The apartment is wonderful, so cozy and perfect for a couple of even families (we were there with our two kids, 3 years old and 9 months old). You can feel that Sara loves her place and takes particular attention to all the details. Folkets park is right behind the corner and it was sooo much fun for our kids to hang around there. Plus you close by the Triangeln station and in 30 minutes you can be in Copenhagen airport. There are many amazing restaurants and cafeterias to enjoy as well. About Sara, she is an amazing host. We didn’t have the chance to meet her in person but we absolutely didn’t miss anything. All the questions I had were answered in minutes via the app, and the apartment didn’t miss absolutely anything. She even found us a crib for our daughter. Strongly strongly suggested place to stay! PS: if you are a Berliner visiting Malmö, this area will remind you a lot Schillerkiez - same vibe and plenty of international people living there.

Laura was a great host and we enjoyed the stay in her apartment. It’s very nice to spend some days there as starting point for a visit of Malmo.

A lovely and warm place to stay! We felt very much at home staying at Nadine's place. It is a calm, cosy and bright appartment brimming with personality. Although Nadine was unable to greet us when we arrived, she made sure that we were feeling welcome nonetheless! She left clear instructions, made sure we had ample space for our belongings and was super responsive to any questions we had. The home is situated fantastically for anything you might like to explore. A supermarket at an easy 2 minute walk, restaurants 5 to 10 minutes in any direction. I would highly recommend staying in this lovely and vibrant space with a host to match!

We were very comfortable in the apartment. True to the description. For us, the location was perfect because we wanted to be close to relatives who live in that area of Malmö. The apartment is not central but it does not take too long to get to the center (about 20') and there are very good bus and train connections. The apartment consists of one bedroom but there was another single bed and the possibility of a sofa bed that we did not need. Bertil always responded very quickly to all our messages and the arrival and departure were very easy thanks to his descriptions. We would definitely repeat if we return to Malmö :)

Simple but great place! The bath tub is a big +

The location is good as a neighborhood, it's approx 3 kms from the Malmo C station and 1.3 kms from Triangeln. So, one has to take a taxi or a public transport. The best part is the living room, quite spacious with 2 sofas & a dining table, so one can relax a bit. The kitchen is also good with all the amenities. It didn't had any coffee during our stay which would have been great. The bed room was good too and the quality of mattress was also good. But the bathroom was very small, so that's the only downside. The area has lots of restaurants and supermarkets. All in all a satisfactory stay.

Charming location in dynamic city.

A fantastic nice stay in a very cozy and well-appointed apartment, where everything was exactly as described. Bus connection to Copenhagen was just outside the door. We are happy to come.

A lovely basement apartment with everything you need for a great stay in Copenhagen.Beamed ceilings, comfortable bed , fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with luxury toiletries supplied and a quiet garden space to the rear where you can meet the cats and rabbits.Beautifully decorated , it is such a cosy and welcoming place to come back to after a day in the city. It is also extremely conveniently situated for the bus stop from the airport and for the journey into the centre. Thank you Helle, for a wonderful stay.

We had a very nice time. The apartment is easily accessible and offers many excursion destinations in the surrounding area. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and clean. There is shopping and restaurants just minutes walking. We were very pleased and will definitely be back!

Having visited the city a few times, this location is fantastic. Super easy access to the airport and most of the entire city via the metro which is very very close to the apartment. And the Christiania Island neighborhood is arguably the best in the city, with all the amazing restaurants, parks, landmarks, and easy bike access to the city. So the location is very hard to beat!! The apartment itself is really well furnished, with artwork, a comfortable couch, and some really beautiful plants. When laying low to recover from jet lag, we felt we were in a wonderfully curated space that was enjoyable to be in. Would definitely come back! Responsive hosts, easy checkin, perfect location, and great recommendations from the hosts as well - this is a great spot!

We can’t say enough about this wonderful apartment. The location and views were amazing. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The host provided many brochures, maps and a cute welcome sign. We appreciated so much that she had laundry soap available for us to wash our clothes. The host responded immediately to all questions. Definitely will stay here again.

Very happy we landed on Anders’ condo. Location was very central to everything, we never needed to have a car or even a bike. We were able to explore all of central Copenhagen on foot. Bars, restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc… The condo itself is very clean, high ceilings, spacious, comfortable bed, high end appliances, pretty art, overall a very nice aesthetic. Anders was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. 10 out of 10.
