Holiday rentals with beach access in Rosa Marina

Great! The host was very friendly— provided you with local parking and a parking pass as well as picks you up and transports you to and from the home. The host also provided us with a complementary bottle of wine and snacks. The location is 10/10. AC worked very well. The location is above a busy restaurant. Bring ear plugs because the weekends are busy— however, the noise was not an issue at all for us. People who complained about the noise just were not prepared. Domenico’s place was in a fantastic location for exploring Polignano while still being quiet and private. The AC was great after a warm day as well!

Our stay was perfect... So perfect that we wanted to extend our stay - we felt like home. The apartment was spotless, quiet, equip with everything, very secure, ac was a plus, beds comfortable, great location - everything was just on point. Wifi is great for work. Andrea was responsive, very informative, gave great suggestions and often check on us. We were absolutely touched by the welcome presents and the hand crochet by Andrea's wife. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone. This is the combo you want for your stay, great host and great place - it really can't get better.

Raffaele made me rediscover the value of AirBnb, the person behind a house. Raffaele is an excellent host, as all the other reviews say. I was lucky enough to meet the person, I recommend you "steal" half a day and take a tour of Polignano with him. And you will discover that Raffaele is not only the special coffee (much appreciated), but it is much more. Get to know him. The house, although small, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, we were 3 with an 8-month-old baby and we had a great time. Although small, it is rich in details, small things that enrich it and will make you feel right at home. Great location, 50 meters from the main pedestrian street and 100/200 meters from where Raffaele will teach you to park for free.

The stay was absolutely perfect! The place was super clean, lovingly decorated and exactly as described. The location is perfect in the center of the old town. The hostess was very helpful – we were able to check in earlier. We'd be happy to come back anytime!

We had the most wonderful time staying in Monopoli. The photos really do not do the view from the rooftop justice, we could not believe that was where we were going to be staying when we went up there for the first time!!! It is stunning. The apartment was spotlessly clean, great location and Guiseppe was incredible friendly and super responsive. We would absolutely stay again!!

Saverio and his place helped us to have a wonderful holiday in Monopoli. Saverio is awesome, he waited us at the apartment and showed us around, even sent some local suggestions. He is a very great host, I would recommend him to anyone :) The apartment is in a great location, right in the middle of Monopoli Old Town about 15 mins walking from the railway station, the near local beaches are also very close by foot. Due to the great location it's surrounded with lot of restaurants and to-dos around the old town. The apartment was clean, tidy and it had everything what you'll need for a good holiday. The bed was also comfortable and the terrace is a huge plus to sit out and watch the street below you :) It's can be a bit noisy due to its central position, but if you close the windows it's not bothering you at all :) Overall it was a very good choice and if we'll go back we would choose Saverio and his apartment again.

The stay in this accommodation was fantastic! This is a small house on 4 floors with a lot of charm and character. It is located in an idyllic setting, a stone's throw from the sea, near a place where the notion of "Dolce vita" takes on its full meaning. The accommodation was very well equipped and we slept like kings! The terrace at the top is a big favorite, ideal for beautiful summer evenings.

Luigi’s place was wonderful. We greatly appreciated the well stocked kitchen that included bottled water, yogurts, cookies, and many other goodies to enjoy. The location is great. Very close to the center of the action but far enough to be super peaceful. Note, there are steep stairs particularly to the second bedroom. We didn’t have any problem with it but it’s not for everyone. If we are back in Ostuni, I’d love to stay back at this home.

Adorable apartment close to the center of town. Easy communication with the host. Five minute easy walk to historic center. The place was clean and the key easy to use. I reccomend this home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay in Liliana's appartement. It's close to the historical center, shops and the beaches. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay a few days to visit Monopoli.

Spectacular!!! Perfect apartment, super well decorated, impeccable in the smallest details!!! Ideal location, in the heart of downtown Monopoli with access to the best bars, restaurants and boat trips. All within meters. Anna was extremely helpful, kind and polite. Basic items such as coffee, water, soda and cookies were available to facilitate the stay. I could easily spend the whole month in Monopoli, in this apartment.

Can't say enough about how nice Andrea was. He met us at the street and had saved us a parking space close to the apartment. Walked us the short distance to the apartment and gave us a tour of the place. He provided the best welcome package of any of the places we stayed on this trip. Water, snacks, a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of Proseco. He's a laid back, kind person and wants his guests to have a good time. He also sent us on our way with three bags of tasty local treats AND a cute little jar that per local custom is supposed to bring good luck. It definitely worked as I had misplaced my wallet and had turned the place upside down looking for it before he arrived. Within five minutes of receipt of the jar of luck, my wallet was found!! Thanks Andrea! Regarding the apartment, it has good AC, a nice little balcony from the top floor and all necessary kitchen items. The unit is spread out on four floors, so you'll get your steps in. All in all a great stay in Bari

This place is like a time capsule 100 years back. Set right on the beach, amazing property with great views of the sea. Would definitely stay here again. Only problem was that WiFi was not working as internet lines were down and our phone reception was minimal too, so we had hard time connecting with friends/family or even things like streaming music and planning our trips to surrounding towns. The host is great and very responsive.

This apartment was exceptional. Very well thought out. Really well equipped and lacked nothing. There is lovely art on the walls. Eva was a pleasure to deal with, had great advice and recommendations. It is located slightly (10 mins) from the old town and we preferred this, to be in a characterful neighbourhood with loads of local cafes bars and restaurants. We had a great time

A magical place, in the true heart of Polignano, close to everything to do everything, embedded in the stone as per tradition, with a large terrace that is truly livable to crown a dream. Mariella is a wonderful person with a rare availability, we will return very soon and we will recommend it to anyone

Piermario and Antonio are exceptional hosts. We had a very good welcome with the presentation of the accommodation which is wonderfully equipped, everything was planned to feel like home. Small culinary attentions awaited us, two bicycles that we used almost every day to go to the covered market or to the train station to take the train, or to go to the beach, without forgetting the small inner courtyard, a real little gem. They thought of everything, including the barbecue. You don't want to leave once you're there. The geographical location is ideal with transport nearby and shops, restaurants etc... They are very responsive as soon as a small problem arises. We only have one desire, and that is to go back. Thank you for allowing us to have a good stay. Brigitte and Victor

We loved our stay at Giorgio’s place. He is by far our favourite host. Lovely welcome gift and a farewell breakfast The place was clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Great shower and kitchen with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Netflix available for the end of a big day. Giorgio is always available with help when needed and made our stay in Bari just perfect. Thank Giorgio, you’re the best.

Lovely place with a great view.

The city is exciting and the accommodation allows you to walk through all the central points with tranquility at any time. Market next door, proximity to the center and a beautiful waterfront! We went by car to visit neighboring cities and it was essential to rent the garage separately with Vito, it is almost impossible to park in the neighborhood (the spaces are reserved for residents or non-existent). I emphasize that the house is a unique environment with a partition between bedroom and living room. Vito offers a special check-in and guides you on the main tours, restaurants and reservations.
