Our apartment is comfortable, safe, warm, new furniture, 1 double bed, 32" TV, living room with 2-person sofa, 50" LED TV. Separate kitchen, 300 meters from Bv. Oroño and Pichincha (culinary and entertainment hub). 250 meters from the river, 100 meters from a pharmacy, supermarket, 5 mini-market, ice cream parlor, laundry, everything you need. Covered parking on the same block for a fee. Free on the street after 8 pm and 24 hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

Beautiful secluded little house that felt like home. Sol was an amazing host who even got us breakfast on the first morning when it was storming heavily and we hadn't had the time to get groceries yet. Communication was great, the house was comfortable and the pool was a treat! Would definitely recommmend!

The unbeatable location! There are many places to eat, supermarkets, kiosks and greengrocers nearby. In addition, it is an area where I always felt safe walking, since it is a commercial area, there were usually people circulating. Mateo is very kind and proactive, the apartment is just like the photos. Very comfortable and bright, the water pressure and temperature (which in other places has caused me problems) was ideal.
