Monthly Rentals in Rosarito Beach

Rosy’s place is right on Rosarito Beach close to the Rosarito beach hotel. It’s a great view from the large open plan kitchen/living room. You look straight out at the beach and can see the waves breaking and the horses trotting past down on the beach. The place is clean and uncluttered with tile floors. It’s easily walkable to the main part of town but was also very quiet at night.

Great place for a relaxing gateway. Host very attentive and great price.

I had a relaxing 1 week stay and would definitely return to this charming place. Daniel and Arcelia are friendly and always helpful. The rooftop deck offers an amazing view and I spent many hours reading there to the sounds, sights and smells of the ocean. There is a soccer stadium across the street and the sound of cheering can be heard sometimes, but nothing bothersome. The property is very secure and safe. There are many restaurants nearby. The fixtures are new-looking throughout and well-maintained.

Letuanny and this property were excellent. She is an exceptional host - very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is very comfortable and elegant. The view is astounding, as are the amenities such as the pool, right alongside the beach. The only downsides are that you can't use the gym unless you are staying more than 6 months (this is the association rule, not the host's), and the surrounding neighborhood is a bit limited as to dining options. That said, I would definitely stay here again and commend Letuanny on being an excellent host.
