Dishwasher, laundry, shower/bathtub, tv in living room and master bed room. DirecTV in living room 1 king size bed, and 2 twin beds. Couch in living room has a queen size pull out bed. No wifi but good service through most cell phone companies. Truck trailer and semi parking available with notice

All of that situated on 13+ beautiful acres complete with a pond and walking paths through the woods! 15 minutes from Kansas Star Casino and 10 minute drive to Derby with city amenities.

With its own private entrance this space is attached but completely separated from the main home. You will have your own private suite. A perfect location for someone on the go or to just relax. Since we live on property we do host socials from time to time. If there are people around consider yourself invited!

Also within walking distance, there is a free bus, called The Q, that will take you back and forth to downtown Wichita and Old Town (bar and restaurant district) and Intrust Bank Arena.
