This is a newly listed, newly renovated and ideally located fully self contained unit. You will be close to everything when you stay at Boardwalk by the Bay. A one minute stroll to the boardwalk gets you on the beach or continue walking to the jetty, restaurants, cafes and shops. This compact and cosy 2 bedroom unit on the beach side of the road has everything you could need for a quick getaway or extended holiday to explore the many attractions the beautiful Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

The Beach Cottage is offered without linen so guests have the option to supply their own and save. The booking does NOT INCLUDE LINEN or TOWELS. The perfect base to explore beaches, wineries, hot springs & surrounds. The Beachside Hideaway is offered without linen so guests have the option to supply their own and save. Our home is child and pet friendly, securely fenced and only a very short walking distance, (less than 5 minutes), to the beach, cinema, supermarket, cafes and Rosebud pub. . An additional living area at the back, has a second TV, a couch and bar fridge. The second bedroom is large and the queen bed can be curtained off from the single bed. Wifi, and FREE NETFLIX are available. Spacious shower, separate toilet. Baby high chair and we have a portacot. Air conditioned and with ceiling fans.
