Townhouse holiday rentals in Rosebud

Lovely home away from home in a fantastic location. Accross the road from the beach which is excellent for kids. Supermarket, gas station and McDonalds are next door. Seaford shops are a 10 min walk away down the lovely beach walkways and there is a great playground 5 mins walk away if you have kids. The house is furnished with everything you may need for your stay, the heat pump works great and the neighbours are quiet.

We have stayed at Jodie's place 2 or 3 times now, my kids love it, we walk to the beach in the morning and if hot enough, pool for rest of the day. It has everything that suits us as a family including the oval and skate park across the road.

We had unexpected few accidents just prior to the date of check-in... Jane was very sympathetic and showed her kindness which eased my worries. Despite we had to miss the first night of our stay due to car trouble , Jane offered an early check-in for us as the house was ready for us. In addition, one of my senior little doggies got injured his neck day before the check-in... I had to cancel booking for doggies at doggies' carer as one of my senior doggies couldn't stand and walk due to his sharp pain around his neck.... I was aware that Jane's property wasn't pet friendly so I considered to cancel. Yet Jane organized a kind arrangement for us and doggies which made possible to go on our long weekend away after all the odds! We will be happy to stay at Jane's again;) Thank you for the compliment milk and serials. Kids loved them.

Rosebud is a fantastic seaside location. Away from the bustle of the city and close to so many things to do. Shellys Place is a great spot to stay. Quiet back street away from the main roads and close to walk to town and the beach. The weather this time of year is insane. High;y recommended location and a Fantastic Host

We had a beautiful, relaxing weekend away at Andrew's place. Great location close to main street and beach. Easy access and very comfortable and has everything you need. We enjoyed staying here.

Amazing stay, spotless presentation and a very homely feel. Could not get over how clean and well presented the property was. Gold clubs on hand to have a hit and the surroundings were so peaceful , kangaroos only metres from the deck. Very close to the local bathing house which was the purpose of our stay. Would definetely rebook when we come to bathe again

Kathryn’s home was cozy and warm, in a super convenient location that is central in Point Lonsdale! Air conditioning was available in the bedrooms and living space, so there was no need to worry about the ‘no heating’ label. Just note that there may be truck sounds early morning because the stay is behind the IGA, we brought ear plugs and some of us are heavy sleepers so it was okay. Unfortunately we had wet weather when we visited, but we felt so at home with what we just needed provided to us. It was such a homey stay, we look forward to visiting again to explore the neighbourhood more next time!

We were super impressed with the accommodation. The bedrooms and livingspaces were nice and cosy for our Winter stay. Lots of space for the kids too. The place was well stocked! Loved it!!!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the local area. It was perfect to the 7 adults that stayed. The balcony was great to sit out side having a drink in the evenings and a coffee in the morning. The lounge room was great although we always ate out and didn't use the dinning table, it was there if we wanted to. Thank you Allan. Would love to be back.

My family and I loved Michelle’s Airbnb. It was perfect for our stay in Rye. We wanted a place that was walking distance from the shops and the beach and this home did exactly this - the beach was across the rode. Sometimes my experience with Airbnbs is it feels like a rented space rather than a home, but this beach home was not like that as it felt so homely and safe. I will be saving this Airbnb to book in the future I loved it that much!

Amazing stay with a perfect view! We initially requested an early check-in at 1 PM, and the host generously offered an even more flexible option at 11 AM. Communication was seamless, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay here, and we’ll definitely be returning again. The house is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. The location is ideal—just steps from the ocean, where the sound of the waves creates a truly relaxing atmosphere. The hosts are friendly, highly responsive, and communicate exceptionally well, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Peter was a great host and the place was very very good. We enjoyed the spa, pool and the space. House is very well done and is good modern design.

We were so impressed with the house as it was newly renovated and the appliances were all branded and top end quality! We especially enjoyed the refrigerator having crushed ice function on a hot day, and that the beach was only 5 mins walk away! We will return to stay again as it's the best value for the amenities and convenience of the location. Thank you for having us once again!
