Monthly Rentals in Roselle Park

I had an amazing time! The bathroom was honestly my favorite part, the shower was amazing and i thought the decor was so cute! My only vice was that the kitchen didn’t have an oven, but it’s not that serious (i just like to cook while on vacation so i don’t buy food). Their response time was amazing as well as super friendly and helpful, if i ever find myself in that area again I’ll be sure to rebook!!

It was a great place to stay, very clean and spacious, a lot of activities to do around there and a quiet neighborhood.

8-month rental. I needed a two-bedroom, furnished, dog-friendly apartment, and AVE met every need I was looking for. The apartment had two greatly sized bedrooms each with walk-in closets, dressers, TWO full bathrooms, an enormous kitchen (with island) that was outfitted with appliances (blender, pots, pans, kinves), pantry/laundry room, huge living room with a sectional sofa, dining area, storage nook near the entryway, and a balcony. Monthly housekeeping and parking were included in the rent, as well, which was such a welcome surprise! The staff was INCREDIBLE. The front desk attendants (Abdul and Snejana I saw mostly) are tremendously professional and helpful. I also spoke with Nicole often regarding my lease and planning. The location is excellent - a little busy, but safe and quiet. NJIT Union station is literally next door, a few restaurants across the street, and many green spaces nearby, making morning and evening walks with the pup perfect. Highly recommended.
