Loft holiday rentals in Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie

The loft was pristine! Very clean. Had all the cooking utensils to make pancakes! Had everything we needed to stay for a couple of nights (towels, hand-soap. shampoo, conditioner, etc. if you needed). Air filters are provided for each room. Make sure to draw your art on the blackboard wall!! The location was very close to Parc Jean-Drapeaux where you can drive to, park and take the subway everywhere in Downtown Montréal. Yvon was a great host. All instructions were clear. And he was very responsive. We had a great time staying here! Thanks Yvon!

Our family loved this Airbnb! Charming and walkable neighborhood near several areas with cafes, restaurants, and shopping. Rowhouse was exactly as described, both clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a week on travel. Hosts were responsive and we really appreciated free parking zone in front, as well as 2 balconies and roof deck.

This place was great - it was nice to be so close to McGill and walkable to Le Plateau and Mile End. Plus the park! The place itself made it feel like I lived there and the grocery store across the street allowed for easy home cooking. Recommend!

Great location to stay. We had everything we needed here. The location was great for us as it was only a short walk to the main downtown area streets. The parking was super easy to access and the host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome place! Stayed with a big group for F1 weekend, had a lot of fun. Hosts were responsive, place was well-maintained. Walking/driving distance from all the places we needed to be in Montreal.

Marilou's studio was perfect for my 3-night stay in Montreal! With parking at a premium in the city, being able to leave my car at the house and not have to move it for the duration of my stay was so convenient and appreciated. The space was lovely, with lots of room to move around, a nice kitchenette, living area, and office, and comfortable bed. The neighborhood was very quaint and felt safe, and wasn't too far by foot, Uber/Lyft or subway to other central neighborhoods in Montreal. As a solo female traveler, I also appreciated the security of the studio — behind a gate, code-locked garage door, and another (locked) door. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I return to Montreal!

A nice loft near Mont Royal with lots of restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and easy grocery shopping. The Metro is a short walk and very walkable with lots to get to and lots in the neighborhood if looking to stay nearby or take it easy. The complex is pretty quiet and very easy to check-in and out w local suggestions.

We had a wonderful stay! Carole Line and Marc were very welcoming. The place was clean, the bed comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. There was easy parking on the street, nice shops near by and an outdoor area with a table and chairs for us to use. It was very nice to be able to use the outdoor swimming pool. We highly recommend this place and we would love to be back.

My family of 4 had an amazing stay at the loft artiste. It was very clean and well maintained. We slept great and the living room was very comfortable to hang out in. The place is large and light and airy. It was great that the toilet and shower were split and each had a sink and vanity. The location can’t be beat…it is located in a fantastic and quiet neighborhood but steps away from restaurants and cafes. Very short and easy walk to old Montreal and the old Port. Short walk to great cafes and restaurants on McGill Ave. Would highly recommend staying here. The only thing I would mention is that you will want to bring your own device in order to stream shows/movies.

We were a group of three adults, meeting up for a girlfriends' getaway for a long weekend together. We each had the comfort of our own bedroom, and the bathroom had plenty of storage space for toiletries. The kitchen was well-stocked with tableware (and coffee for the coffee drinkers!). The apartment was within easy waking distance of shops and restaurants, metro stops, and city sights, and we very much enjoyed lounging on the couches at the end of the day to decompress. Natasha was incredibly responsive and friendly, and she was very accommodating of our requests to modify check-in and checkout times based on our travel needs. The biggest drawback was the noise from the unit above us. The acoustics of the building made it sound like elephants were parading around when the lodgers of that unit were walking up and down the steps and across their floor. Additionally, we all found the temperature in the unit to be on the warmer side for sleeping, even after we'd turned off the heating.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about the apartment! The parking is so easy and accessible. Located in the heart of the finest of everything, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, museums! Do not be concerned about the location and noise, we never heard a thing...After long hours of sightseeing, it was wonderful to return to the apartment, especially with delicious foods from the farmers markets, and dine in. The kitchen is complete with all the food prep items and dining amenities! Do not miss the opportunity to enjoy Montreal and stay at Hani's apartment, it is the best of everything! We are looking forward to our return to the apartment! Truly grateful for the wonderful experience!

Great spot right in the heart of old Montreal. If you like being able to walk everywhere and have lots of places to eat and shop this is the perfect spot.

This was our first time in Montreal and we were super happy with the place! It was a 10 minute walk to transit and had some great restaurants nearby (including a grocery store and pharmacy just around the corner). Sarah was also super responsive and helpful as she had an AC unit installed on our second day when the temperature was quite high (even though the place did not get too hot).
