Holiday rentals with a patio in Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie

Séjour très confortable dans un appartement bien équipé. Communication facile et claire avec Yves. La terrasse ensoleillée et le stationnement sont un plus.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is really close to a Metro station which makes getting around super easy. The decorations and balcony were great additions. It does get a bit hot in here, but the fan helps cool you down. Our only complaint was we found the lock quite difficult to open each time. Fortunately, Patrick was very helpful and responded quickly!

Had a great stay. The apartment was spotless, as advertised. Surprisingly quiet for a city location. Mary (the host) was extremely responsive and helpful. Detailed instructions on how to access the apartment were extremely clear. This was my first Airbnb stay and Mary set a very high bar for the future. Thank you for a great visit, Mary!

There were 4 of us visiting and we loved the apartment. It's spacious, well equipped and located perfectly. We took advantage of the outdoor deck and grill and spent evenings cooking and chatting. Stanza staff is always super attentive and answered all my questions quickly and accurately

What a lovely stay! The pictures don’t do it justice. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Located in a quiet and safe neighbour surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores etc. We would definitely return and recommend to other people! Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Arnaud’s place. The apartment was beautiful and the location was excellent - lots of great food & drink options nearby. There are several bus lines a few minutes away and in the summer Mont-Royal Ave E is pedestrian only between Saint-Laurent & De Lorimier so we enjoyed the walk to the metro. Arnaud was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this clean and comfortable house in Montreal. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The backyard was a peaceful bonus, and we even had a sweet cat stop by for a visit! Communication with the host was clear, concise, and very helpful. Instructions were easy to follow, which made everything smooth. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Roger’s place!! Perfectly situated a moments walk from Mont Royal, quaint and clean. Fantastic shower, new appliances, A/C was exceptionally good!! Washer/Dryer awesome!! Would stay there again + highly recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Great place. Clean and good location for the metro!

We had a fantastic stay at Minh’s place! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room and thoughtful touches that made traveling with a family so much easier. The location was great, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive and kind throughout. We especially appreciated the small touches that were added such as towels, kitchen items, etc. I highly recommend this spot for families. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at Joe's unit. There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable. The location is a bit far from downtown or old Montreal but we didn't mind to much as this was the closest unit we could find that would accommodate us all with private parking and more than one bathroom. The home was very cozy and full of everyday amenities as well as smart technology. The house looks newly renovated and was spotless clean. The only bother was the private parking was in narrow back alley. we had a large size SUV, we managed to get in and out and park without any damages but its extremely tight. That being said, we noticed most of Montreal homes had similar back alleys like this one so I guess its pretty common. Thanks Joe for a wonderful stay. Will definitely book when we're in town again.

Todo perfecto. El apartamento coincide perfectamente con la descripción de muy amplio y privado, limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es excelente, un vecindario donde se respira paz y tranquilidad, pero muy accesible, puedes tomar el transporte público frente al domicilio! Los anfitriones muy amables y siempre disponibles para apoyarte en lo que necesites. Totalmente recomendable y si vuelvo a Montreal sin duda me quedaría otra vez.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Michael was an amazing host, super kind and accommodating. When we mentioned the room was a bit warm, he quickly brought us fans to make us more comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

Une 2e fois pour nous dans cet hébergement et nous avons adoré tout comme la première fois. L'emplacement est parfait à proximité de plusieurs services. Le parc et les terrains de pickle ball sont à quelques minutes à pieds, le quartier est calme et paisible. Le logement est impeccable !

The location was super convenient to all the great restaurants in Old Montreal, easy walk to McGill and convenient metro stop nearby. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Gabrielle was lovely and responded quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the city and hope to be back soon! Highlights… botanical gardens, hike up Mont Royal and light show at Notre Dame. Great restaurants… Mélisse for brunch, Wolf & Workman for pot pie and fish pie, Pub St Pierre for drinks, Fiorellino for pizza, Café Nocturne for coffee & pastries and Ripples for the best ice cream! Chloe was an incredible host and her airbnb made us feel right at home. It was spacious for a group of 7 of us, with enough beds for all of us, AC in each room and 2 bathrooms. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was convenient - The metro was less than a 5 min walk away and one stop away from Old Montreal. Chloe was responsive throughout and accommodated an early check-in since we were flying in early. We appreciated her friendliness and willingness to ensure we were comfortable before and during our stay. Thanks so much Chloe! I recommend booking this airbnb with Chloe. I would highly recommend staying here when traveling to Montreal with a large group. There were more than enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate 9 of us without the fear of feeling too cramped. The amenities were top-notch, and we also enjoyed the private patio. The location was within a short walk of numerous cafes, and a large park was directly across the street. The hosts were also very flexible and responsive—a fantastic experience all around!

Good place to stay on a beautiful street and great host. About a 10min walk to the metro station. Clean residence and AC in all the bedrooms. The relatively thin walls made us a bit wary of our noise, especially with kids, but turned out not to be a problem after all. Would stay here again as it is really a great place to stay, and next to ChefMak which had great food!!!!!! Eric was easy to talk to and very responsive and helpful.
