Ike is very quick to respond to any questions or things you may need. Place is in a great location close to Downtown and major freeways in case you need to get around town.

My stay here was great ! It was a lil tricky finding the actual apartment once we got inside the complex lol but aside from that it was a great stay !

We enjoyed Dimitri’s place because it was clean, convenient, and close to great restaurants and entertainment venues. We took advantage of using the MetroRail to the Toyota Center for a concert. We had a super weekend and hope to stay at Dimitri’s apartment again.

Let’s start by saying it was in the heart of everything! The host was amazing she responds fast and extremely nice. Everything was so clean easy access in the building, peaceful, and quiet! We will definitely be back! Thank you for being amazing

We stayed a week with my family. The room was worth the money I paid.The thing is you need to cross total 4 doors.Lobby,elevator,two doors and then you arrive your room.İf you have more than one luggage,you need to stretch your legs and arms to get through this tough path.

We were in town for a conference and this place and space was just what we needed. The two bedroom two bathroom space was perfect for us be able to shower and nap when we needed. Internet and TV were provided and worked well. The unit is very well lit and the kitchen bar and computer desk made nice work spaces. It was a welcome cool oasis from the Houston heat.

Our stay was great we had tons of privacy, Ruby and her family was very kind and respectful and they offered us a cake and pizza for our first night there it was sweet and we definitely enjoyed our time there. Definitely recommend staying again.

I could writes pages of how amazing The Westhaven Estate and Lynn & Brian were. To keep it simple: #1 The house was incredibly clean (easily the cleanest place I’ve ever rented), but also pet friendly even though you would never be able to tell. #2 Lynn and Brian responded to every question within seconds (and I had A-LOT). Lynn gave great advice on getting the young adults to a concert at NRG all the way to where the best park was to bring my dog to. #3 Location couldn’t have been better. We felt safe in the driveway (as it was gated), in the house, in the beautiful backyard, and honestly the area in general. Access to everything was a breeze and convenient. #4 The upscale amenities in this house were impressive and practical. Impossible to have a favorite, but the retreat in the backyard was an awesome place for the young adults to watch the game and still have ac. #5 Thank yall for making a “trip to a concert” into “an amazing unforgettable visit to Houston”. That’s priceless

we had an amazing time not only at the airb&b but our encounters with maxwell were unmatched. he was very transparent and addressed anything we needed promptly! and the burritos were superb! we will definitely be booking with him again. see you in a few months maxwell

Nia's place was very clean, well-designed, and perfect for large groups as both bathrooms in each unit have 2 doors to get in. The beds were comfortable. Our 2 large cars fit on the gravel space in front of the house. Nia was a great communicator. Would recommend staying here!

Very detailed in check in process also home was beautiful. Us ladies loved the flower wall it was gorgeous.
