This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Das historische Städtchen Lüneburg und die Weltstadt Hamburg bieten neben zahlreichen Shopping-Möglichkeiten auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und eine reiche kulturelle Szene. Eine fußläufig erreichbare Buslinie fährt direkt nach Hamburg.

The new wooden house on our farm offers the opportunity for a relaxed stay. For overnight stays, a double bed is available as a bunk bed as well as a sofa bed. In the kitchenette there is a fridge and a stove, the veranda leads to the bathroom. In summer, shared use of the directly adjacent pool is possible; a large fireplace invites you to the campfire. Breakfast and/ or other meals can also be booked on request.

Unser Ruby's ist eine 55qm große Ferienunterkunft in ruhiger Lage, als Einliegerwohnung unseres Einfamilienhauses im schönen Rosengarten, vor den Toren Hamburgs. Der Eingang unsere gemütlichen Ferienwohnung ist separat. Ein gebührenfreier Parkplatz befindet sich unmittelbar auf dem Grundstück, direkt vor der Ferienwohnung. Ein kleiner eingezäunter Terrassenbereich mit ausgestattet Sitzmöglichkeiten gehört dazu.
