❤️Welcome to the KaRo vacation home! Originally built as a cattle barn, the bungalow today is a spacious 55 square meters in the country house style with 2 rooms! The bedroom is equipped with an upholstered bed 180 × 200 cm, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. It is pleasantly warm in the bathroom with underfloor heating. You can enjoy comfort with the large, walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a small dining area for 2. In the living room you will find a large dining table.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Die schöne Landschaft der Nordheide lädt zu ausgedehnten Wander-, Rad- und Kanu-Streifzügen durch die Natur ein. Das historische Städtchen Lüneburg und die Weltstadt Hamburg bieten neben zahlreichen Shopping-Möglichkeiten auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und eine reiche kulturelle Szene. Eine fußläufig erreichbare Buslinie fährt direkt nach Hamburg.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

Unser Ruby's ist eine 55qm große Ferienunterkunft in ruhiger Lage, als Einliegerwohnung unseres Einfamilienhauses im schönen Rosengarten, vor den Toren Hamburgs. Der Eingang unsere gemütlichen Ferienwohnung ist separat. Ein gebührenfreier Parkplatz befindet sich unmittelbar auf dem Grundstück, direkt vor der Ferienwohnung. Ein kleiner eingezäunter Terrassenbereich mit ausgestattet Sitzmöglichkeiten gehört dazu.
