Rosso Matonne offers views of the countryside that feel like something out of a painting. From the moment we arrived, Barbara made us feel at home —offering local tips and warm smiles that never felt forced. The Apartment and grounds are immaculate. Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, and close to Sulmona. And then there’s Ellie — the adorable, friendly family pup who quickly became the highlight of our trip. Always happy for a cuddle or to join us for a stroll, she added a comforting, homey touch that made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking to unwind and soak in the beauty of Italy with some truly wonderful company. 🌞🇮🇹🐾 5/5 stars – We can't wait to return!

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

Very central and very clean apartment. Everything worked out great - easy check-in and easy communication.

frencesco is a nice host. She responds to questions right away. A warm and sincere welcome . The house is just as it appears in the photos. The kitchen has everything to cook. It has a beautiful bathroom and a large balcony. The location of the house is very good ,on the beach and 3 km from the city center. But we never needed the center. There is a supermarket 1 km from the house. There are ice cream shops, pizzerias and nice places to have coffee around within 5 min walking distance. We were amazed by the magnificent nature of Italy. We wish to come again

The Pink House was perfect for our family of 5! We all had a nice quiet clean bedroom and the most equipped Airbnb kitchen ever! There is a lovely back terrace and room to dry clothes. Mairi was a very helpful host with so many suggestions on local gems (there are endless options for hikes and activities and of course dining as well!). She was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed lake Scanno and visiting family in Pacentro which is breathtaking! Thank you for having us!

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

We felt very good in the house. The house is very well equipped and nothing is missing. The terrace is just wonderful. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

Perfect stay! Marco's place is roomy, comfortable, and well-appointed. This was our first visit to Tocco da Casauria; the town is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm- it feels straight out of a storybook. It was very easy to navigate around and the locals are extremely friendly; we tried out some of the suggested restaurants and shopping and loved all of it. The private balcony was definitely our favorite thing about the flat- we could have easily spent another week or two taking in that view. Thank you so much, Marco, for a wonderful trip and stay- we can't wait to return!

We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!

Marco was immediately available for all our requests, his hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment, in a great location, allowed us to get around entirely on foot. We stayed in 5 people and this was not a problem at all, the apartment is very comfortable and comfortable, really clean and tastefully furnished. We will definitely be back!!!!

The hosts were able to welcome us spontaneously when we had to change the apartment. They were very helpful and support us with lots of tips for things to do. The house is really beautiful, about 10 min from Chieti alto and 15 min from Francavilla. This is how you have mountains and beach. A good mix. We felt very comfortable.

A cozy place we like to come back to. The terrace in particular has been an absolute highlight for us and both the beach and shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. We were super satisfied and the communication was uncomplicated and fast. We will definitely be back :)
