Had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for three couples. Location was convenient but a bit noisy with the road behind the house. Pool was a great addition and home had lots of extra and anything we needed. Would return when back to visit family.

Had my Bach weekend here, loved it! So much to do and such a fun atmosphere to just be by the pool!

Home was IMMACULATE and Ferndale was a gem! Such a cute small town with so much to do! Pool was perfect and nice to have it heated. This is the safest and friendliest city neighborhood I have ever stayed in! So quiet and chill. Def hit rust belt market while there! Host was so sweet and responsive and home is well outfitted with super comfy beds and several TVs and hanging out areas.

Loved our stay here for a girls trip! Lots of room and very clean. Super friendly, helpful, and responsive host. Great safe neighbourhood as well!! Would definitely recommend :)

The house is a pictured easy to get into the basement was very well lighted for a movie night . the kitchen had all the amenities as pictured i would recommend a cutting board the location is quiet and nosy free. the stove was the best it heats up and cooks quickly l. the Ac was on excellent no problems. The Host Christine was very responsive and informative about the home. It was an excellent stay.

Third year staying here. Close to great fishing and restaurants. Quiet for a good nights sleep after 10 hours on the water! Ashlee always works with you for special requests! Will book again next year!

Awesome place to stay! Highly highly reccomend! The location was nice and private, I felt very safe there, and coming from a very small town of around 5000 people where I can leave my doors unlocked at night, it’s hard for me to feel safe, but even so, I felt very safe. John was incredible, he was friendly, communicative, quick to respond, and overall just an amazing host! The place was incredibly well kept, everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it has all the things you could need! Would 100% recommend getting this place, and I would be very glad to have this place in the future :)

I've stayed here multiple times and each stay is better somehow. They've really reached the peak of the expected experience. Well lit, nice furniture, soft towels, comfortable pillows, complementary cold water bottles in the fridge, front porch chairs.

Jessica’s place was so noticeably clean and updated. It had Everything we needed and we even hosted a nice dinner for my father in law. Best of all clean, comfortable cozy beds/bedding! Thank you Jessica!

Their place was absolutely clean! Felt and smelled disinfected and was spotless! Kitchen was fully stocked and very nice! The place overall was amazing! Mattresses were very comfy. Living room furniture is the only thing I didn’t like besides the outside patio furniture. But definitely a five star place. If anyone says otherwise that is very concerning. These ladies went above and beyond to provide a modern spotless place in a safe neighborhood with many accommodations! Close to many shops and restaurants! This should be anyone’s first pick if staying in Detroit. Not even the Ritz-Carlton felt and looked as clean as their place!

Daniel was fantastic accommodating a last minute booking. Very friendly and prompt communication. The home itself is well cared for, very clean and in a good neighborhood. Couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely stay again.
