Very spacious, kitchen, walk in closet, Newly renovated amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, lg yard, wonderful back porch, great books selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off street parking. Suite is walking distance from Macalester College, and minutes from local universities, Xcel Center, Allianz Field, and downtown St. Paul. Off street parking.

This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)

Sweet lower level of a duplex right smack dab in one the coolest neighborhoods in Minneapolis. Entire place is yours (I live upstairs in a separate unit if you need anything). It's less than 3 miles to the big 3: downtown Minneapolis, the University of Minnesota, and Modist Brewing Company. Sleeping arrangements = 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and a couch that turns into a Twin XL.
