Beachfront holiday rental in Rosignano Solvay

Laura’s flat was lovely - beautifully clean and well furnished but full of Italian character. The bed was really comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The shower was great! The flat is overlooking the main street and very close to all shops, 5 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from the station. This was perfect as it meant we didn't need to hire a car and we made several trips by train, to Pisa, Florence and Cecina, a nearby town which has a beautiful pine forest and quiet beach. Laura met us in person and was really friendly. I didn't want to come home!

Charming flat with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Lots of sunsets at dinner time. Nice deco and spotless interiors. Davide was quick in responding to our queries and helpful with suggestions. The location is excellent and the beach is just around the corner. Definitely we will come back to San Vincenzo and Davide’s flat.

The accommodation is super centrally located in the center. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

highly recommended!! Ilaria offers spacious accommodation with a terrace and an exclusive laundry room. Close to all services, i.e. beach, restaurants, Marina di Cecina center. Delightful and super nice person, ready to satisfy every need and request. Personally, having a 6-month-old baby, she made sure that everything needed was in the accommodation. I couldn't have asked for more. Very spacious house and cared for in every detail. We'll definitely be back!

This was our second stay, and as before we were very pleased. Everything matches the description perfectly, and Stefano always makes sure you feel taken care of. We highly recommend this place if you want a comfortable stay at a minute´s walk away from the beach. Just perfect. Thanks!

The accommodation was as described and it really has everything your heart desires. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was very straightforward at all. She was very helpful and also helped us so we could park on site. We already knew the surroundings, it is just beautiful between the sea and the forest. ☀️

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

It was very nice and very comfortable. The location by the sea is great, but the small courtyard also offers relaxation. The reception was very friendly and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. Parking was also no problem .. either in front of the door for 6 euros a day or around the corner under the tree for free. Shopping, food and gelato... all within walking distance. Thank you and we will be back.

Christine really made sure we felt at home, knew where everything was, how to catch the right buses, knew the local best places to visit, gave us ideas of what to do. She was amazing and her place is safe for my wife and two younger daughters. We loved every minute of our stay at Christine’s place. I’m sure you will too if you decide to visit it too.

the apartment is very well located . ideal for 2 people . beautiful sea view with two terraces . beautiful walks by the sea the beaches are within walking distance. The place was perfect for us! The children made themselves comfortable in the gallery and also enjoyed using the toys provided. Since the ceilings of the apartment are very high, it is also not cramped at all. We enjoyed the location of the accommodation directly on the beach. By car you can easily get to Pisa, Florence, etc. We will be back :-)

We had a very relaxing vacation with Valerio and his family. Everything needed was available. If something was missing, Valerio helped out immediately. We were lucky and were able to have breakfast every morning on the balcony outside the front door, as the neighbors were not there or were still asleep themselves. The property is quite remote, so you definitely need a car.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

We really enjoyed our time in Viareggio and this apartment was perfect for us! We stayed with the baby and Giovanni and Francesca made sure that we have everything we need for the baby. We would stay again and I highly recommend this place!

I booked for two of my friends, who were satisfied with the cleanliness, comfort and location of the accommodation.

The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.

Sandra is a lovely host and easy to communicate with. The Blue house is something special we thought. It exceeded our expectations even with lovely photos. It is perfectly situated with easy beach access, good local parking and the train station nearby for other trips.

We had a long weekend with friends and found everything perfect. The house is really beautiful, large and tastefully furnished. It is equipped with everything you need, you feel at home. Spacious rooms, well-kept bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms. An impeccable experience with the host Simone, who always responded in a very short time and was also accommodating with the check-in time. The neighborhood is also very quiet and you can walk to the area of restaurants and clubs.

Beautiful place, great location super CLEAN! And with all the appliances and welll equipped kitchen, bathroom shower excellent. Location its ideal 100 steps from the beach and nice restaurants on the way. Carlos was by far one of the best Host I have ever meet
