Thank you so much for the stay. We're a family of three. Perfect for this small, fine apartment. The location is just great. Very quiet to the rear and once across the street, you are already on the beach. In addition, communication with Sandro was always very fast, friendly and helpful.

The apartment is amazing! Very well maintained, nicely furnished and clean. A quiet and ideal location within walking distance to the sea, plentiful street parking including their private parking which was made available to us. A lovely nearby store for the morning cappuccino and pastry, a close by supermarket and don’t forget to try the Stuzzicheria di Mare ristorante in town! Lorenzo was friendly, gracious, an excellent communicator and very helpful to accommodate our requests. We highly recommend! 5 Stars!

The apartment is a gem: impeccably furnished, bright, welcoming, comfortable and equipped with every comfort. The location is excellent with restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, a souvenir shop, a pharmacy, a park and the sea 2 minutes away on foot. We stayed with our dog and there is a perfect beach to take her swimming without disturbing the bathers. I hope to return to Alessio soon.

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

Place was nice small and private. But we had to pay extra €18 after we booked room. Alessio asked us to web check in and it had a payment for €14 for bed sheets and €4 for tourist tax which was new to us after we paid the room amount In Airbnb. Other than that room was clean.

We were here for a couple of days Italy Summer. We chose this apartment because we did not want to go to Livorno main city. We got what we went for - air conditioned nicely made place. Beside not having brand new furniture etc. we really enjoyed being there. Very friendly and fast responding host. I recomment this for people who look for: Having your own place with two bedrooms, equipped kitchen and also terrasse plus garden for yourself - this is really a complete accomondation to use. Cat and turtle included (outside) ;) Thanks for having us!

We returned to Casa Levante for the second time and it was a guarantee! Federica was very kind and helpful as always and the house was equipped with everything you need and more, books for the little ones, games for the beach, in short, everything! We found cleanliness and order and in the kitchen every necessary comfort (coffee pods, oil, salt, sugar, dishwasher tablets... even rubber plates for our children!) If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, Casa Levante would deserve them all, a guarantee!

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

We had a great stay at Villa Palmira! The apartment was very well equipped and is just a few steps from the beach – ideal for relaxing. The hostess was super friendly, always available and provided us with helpful tips. Their family on site was also warm. Everything was clean and cozy – we would come back anytime!

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

Great apartment near the sea. Close to shops, restaurants, bus and promenade. However, you need to take a bus to the beaches, which stops right next to the apartment. The kitchen is well stocked. We had a very pleasant stay! Marta was a kind, caring and always available host. The house is really cozy and perfect for two people. Equipped with all comforts, it is a few steps from the sea and the center is also easily reachable on foot. Highly recommended!

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they have welcomed us very well, the apartment is comfortable, well decorated, clean, well equipped with everything a family needs to spend great holidays by the sea. The location is perfect, close to the sea, to the trade that you can go on foot, the Viareggio boardwalk, which is very pleasant to walk at any time, car parking is abundant, the proximity of sights throughout Tuscany (Florence, Pisa, etc.) and Cinque Terre was fundamental to our holidays. I definitely recommend this host and this apartment for stay on holiday.

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few meters over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful stand bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Nevertheless, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment and stayed there for four nights. The apartment is completely renovated, very clean and equipped with everything you need – especially the modern kitchen and the new bathroom impressed us. Everything is stylish and cozy, you feel immediately comfortable. The location is simply perfect: super central, with shops and restaurants nearby - and the beach is only a 3-minute walk away! A real highlight was also the large balcony with great views - ideal for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Communication with the hosts was friendly and straightforward. You can tell that a lot of love has been put into every detail. We would come back anytime – absolutely recommended!
