L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . We offer this 65 m2 18th century stone house located in the heart of the old hamlet of Frangouille and whose exterior is decorated with sculptures. The hamlet, backed by woods and the Orb Mountains, is located in the upper Orb Valley. The house, filled with travel memories, is located in a very quiet area. Guests can take advantage of its covered terrace, facing south, the garden and we provide African huts (30 m² annex) located in the garden.

The Caroux Cocoon

Small cozy nest freshly renovated at the foot of the Caroux, in the hamlet of La Coste on the heights of Mons la Trivalle. Access to a cellar for your bikes. Ideally located for hikers or for a quiet stay. The Gorges d'Héric are accessible within a 15-minute walk by a mountainside trail. No pets are allowed, the accommodation remains modest in size and with parquet flooring. Bed linen (190 x 140) and bath towels can be provided upon request.

NEW: We have just equipped the cottage with central air conditioning. This cottage is very spacious, in an enclosed and wooded plot of 2000m², with superb views of the surrounding mountains. I invite you to look at all the photos, so you will visit this 50m² gite and discover some surrounding landscapes. The cottage consists of 2 rooms, a living room and a fitted kitchen, then a very spacious bedroom with an ensuite, toilet and bathroom.

Discover our rustic cottage located in a hamlet surrounded by nature close to the Caroux, Petite Corse du Haut-Languedoc. From the terrace, you have a dominant view towards the Orb valley and the surrounding mountains. This authentic and wild region invites you to discover and practice outdoor sports. For security and access reasons, the cottage is not suitable for children under 6 years old, nor for people with reduced mobility.

Charming 17 m2 studio on the 1st floor of a quiet, secure residence with free parking. Ideally located 10 min walk to the thermal baths and the city center. The studio is fully equipped. It has a 2-seater sofa bed and a single bed. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, 2 coffee makers, kettle and toaster. Plus, there's a TV and Wi-Fi. Laundry facilities are also available in the residence.
