So much to do within minutes of the cottage from restaurants, hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing, pubs, and beautiful water falls. Southern Comfort at it's finest. Country living with easy access to all the art, music, and food that Brevard has to offer. Perfect for mountain bikers and hikers! Just twenty minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to Dupont State Forest. We took the 1950 cabin, home to the legendary bootlegger Clyde McCall, lifted it up and put a new footer, foundation, and sun room addition. Next, we set it back down and totally refurbished from the studs out. Everything is new inside and out.
