The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining. Outside, there's a barbecue grill, ideal for enjoying the scenery. Swimming pool, sun loungers and seating areas are ideal for relaxation. This villa offers a combination of comfort, convenience, and stunning views, providing an unforgettable vacation experience.

Is an enchanting modern villa with amazing sea views. The beach is 70 m underneath the villa, you can also choose to spend your time on the terrace with a private pool and everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. One part of the pool is under the villa ,its designed if its raining or its cold that in the all time guests have heated area pool. Since the villa is located on a slope, it is divided into 3 levels. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 beautiful bedrooms.

Our family house is a traditional Dalmatian stone house built only 6 m from the sea on the property of 1500 sqm hidden in the shadow of 50 year old Mediterranean trees. Those who want to spend their vacation in the quiet place next to the sea should come to us – to our little village of Bobovišća na Moru on the southwest side of the island.

The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
