This is a unique listing, read completely through it first. The walkout basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, queen size bed on ground floor and a twin bed on ground floor. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.

The Konza Cabin was featured on the FYI Network series, "You Can't Turn That Into A House", 2 grain bins were made into a unique space, with glass walls connecting the grain bins - feeling one with nature.
