We offer a fully renovated cottage that can accommodate 6 people, in a quiet and green environment, in the countryside of Plouguernével and not even 5 minutes from Rostrenen where you will find all necessary amenities. Our accommodation consists of a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen area, a separate toilet, a shower room, a laundry room and a bedroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a separate toilet. A terrace, garden and private outdoor parking.

The refuge

Need for nature, calm, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of Brittany. This small, typically Breton house is south-facing. Very easy access, 2 minutes from the Rennes Brest main road. On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

You are looking for a gîte that is different from the others. When renovating it, we wanted furniture that you won't find in everyone's home, wooden furniture, which has charm, a history, most often made in France. This concept brings serenity, calm and comfort. The renovation is also chosen in harmony with respect for ecology: hemp/lime walls, straw insulation, wooden partitions, slate slabs in the bathroom and toilet.

Located in Dahouët, a small port of Pléneuf Val André, Hyppolite's house welcomes you, whether you are with family or friends. You will appreciate its 4 bedrooms with sea view, the small enclosed terrace along the channel. It's a cozy house with its 2 staircases, stone wall and parquet floors on both floors. It is steeped in history and if the walls could talk, they would have so much to tell us...

Lockhouse

Lock house surrounded on both sides by lawn overlooking the canal; house located at the entrance to the "tranchée des bagnards". 100 m from a nautical base but unfortunately this year the department decided not to open it. Direct access to hiking trails and mountain bike trails (canal and wood). Accommodation located 3 km from local shops: grocery store, pharmacy, pizzeria, bistro.

Breton House Ty Dienkrez

Typical Breton stone house from 1831, part of an old farm, completely renovated and well equipped. It is in the countryside without being too far from the village, close to many hiking trails (Beffou Forest) as well as the sea (Perros-Guirrec). Here, peace and quiet reign, while you can quickly find various activities because it is well located between sea and land.
