This house is located a few minutes walk from the center. It is located in a quiet environment and offers a lot of space for two people. The very large terrace has a beautiful view. There are seating options and sun loungers available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the car size) is available for guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. The garage also has its own lockable cellar room (e.g. for bicycles).

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Be it the ski resorts in winter or the mountain railways in summer for hiking or biking, as well as Lake Constance and all the cities of Vorarlberg with their museums and cultural events. The municipality of Klaus has a full highway connection as well as a train station and numerous bus connections. Our 110 m² apartment has spacious bright rooms and a fenced-in yard.

Airbnb Superhost since 2024, guest favorite and "rare find" We leave from time to time our small apartment (ground floor) with kitchen,bathroom/shower/WC and balcony. IN THE SENSE OF THE MOUNTAINS NO WIFI AND NO TV AVAILABLE. Please bring your own sheets and towels. The apartment must be cleaned and brought to the condition as it was when leaving. The 50 euros "cleaning fee" is a deposit that you can get back with a clean decent departure

Vacation home - Recreation and nature

Our apartment in an apartment complex is embedded in nature with a breathtaking view of the Austrian and Swiss mountains. Despite the quiet location (car strongly recommended!), you are only about 10 minutes in the valley. The Laterns ski resort is only 10 minutes away by car. Our gem is also perfect as a starting point for hikes. We always strive to improve our offerings and want to provide our guests with a nice and affordable vacation

Right by the apartment there are wonderful walking paths in nature, but also to the train station it is only ~ 800 m (approx. 10-minute walk), but this can also be reached by bus (bus stop right at the property). Double bed + sofa bed. Parking is available.
