Apartment holiday rentals in Rotonda West

This stay was perfect for what my family had in mind. It provided a relaxing vibe with what felt like was a private pool even though there were other guests in the other units. It was close enough to the beach that you could walk, if wanted. The space was clean, and Kyle was very accommodating to our requests. It was our first time traveling with our 2-month-old, and this host and place was well worth it.

I'll definitely recommend. The only issue is just that instead of the top stove they could of just put a full oven. Other then there's nothing to criticize. Nothing at all.

We originally planned to only stay two nights but extended our stay because the energy was 100/10 there !! My husband I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb‘s and this is by far one of the best ones! We’re making our way around FL & hope to come back here before heading home. It was a perfect vacation and had everything that we needed! There were even bunnies in the yard every night and we loved that :) Will definitely recommend & plan to be back! The ONLY thing i’d suggest is if the water pressure could be higher but it wasn’t an issue, we appreciated the hospitality! Venice beach was lovely but recommend water shoes if you have sensitive feet. Paradise grille & Pops sunset grille were both delicious!! Be blessed!

I enjoyed my stay at this quaint, cozy cottage. The place was spotless with an ample supply of linens and a stocked kitchen. It was quiet and peaceful, and felt safe. It was just a short walk across the road to the Gulf beach. I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, as well as the floor fans in the unit. Deborah was very quick to respond to messages.

This was a wonderful day. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and the extra clean home.. the place match the pictures and even better! There were extra towels and linens provided which we appreciated.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy Casey Key. My son was able to fish off the dock and we easily walked across to the beach. We hopped to different fishing spots along the key. Very nice place with great views, fully stocked with every utensil and pots and pans for cooking. My favorite spot was the screened in lanai. My only struggle was there was not a grill available even though a grill was listed. We only brought food to grill. We were instructed to use a resort next doors grill which was inconvenient because I had to pack everything and wagon it to where the grill was. It took quite a while to figure out what grill to use. After the first meal we ended up eating out and not using a lot of our food. Other than the grill situation we had an absolutely wonderful time and will definitely book again. And next time bring our own grill

After a nightmare situation with our first Airbnb - Edina and Doris came to the rescue! With a last minute booking they not only accepted but let us check in early and we’re incredibly accommodating and understanding. They were exactly what we needed after an awful start. This has been our best AirBnB experience yet! Marti was an awesome host! The unit was extremely nice and newly renovated! Very private but close to the beach and restaurants. My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and enjoyed the place so much we already booked another stay with there for later this year! The bed & pillows were comfortable and there was a nice ceiling fan! And we loved the pool!!

We loved staying at Chris’s place overlooking the Mayakka River. It’s the perfect place to escape. We live in a city with constant noise so we loved the peace and quiet - the water lapping the shore was so calming!! The lovely pool was a decent size, with plenty of chairs and loungers. The house was extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable. Communication from Chris was easy and efficient.

Great host - very responsive. Plus the location was near tons of restaurants and local services etc.. The place was very cute and quaint; perfect for two people.

The place was great. The balcony is amazing. The views are gorgeous. Very close to town. Maria is an excellent host! I’ve slept on a better bed. I tried both, the other bed is two beds pushed together to make a king. Wasn’t terrible just not the best. Master room gets bright early.

we enjoyed a few nights at the apartment attached to Anne's home. it was clean, cool and had everything we needed for our quick trip. we were welcomed by the host and she was very responsive and helpful. perfect place for just the 2 of us.

My wife and I found this rental pretty quickly due to it being in the general location we wanted to be in and within budget. Although the it is located on the Main Street headed over to Siesta Key and is busy at times, it is private due and seems to be well insulated block construction. It is attached directly behind a commercial building with a private entry to the left and plenty of parking. Sometimes you can hear faint road noise due to its proximity, however; it’s not very noticeable. The location is very convenient as it is literally on the main road that takes you over the bridge to Siesta Key. You can walk or ride a bike if you desire to however we just drove to pork at the beach. Monika was excellent at communicating with us and was accommodating when we wanted to stay an extra day. If you are looking for a convenient rental that won’t break the bank and is very clean and comfortable I would definitely consider this location. We will definitely keep this on our visit list!

The space is located in good proximity to everything Venice. The kitchen and bathroom and bedroom are all great. huge closet space available. comfortable living room. Great deck. Deborah Lee is very responsive and proactive. We look forward to being able to stay there for a few days in the future.

We had a great trip and easy trips to many of the local and surrounding area beaches. We felt safe in the area, although the HOA needs to do a better job of updating exterior aesthetics of the complex. Inside was nice and livable!

I've had many Airbnb stays-- this is at the top of my list of favorites! We could not have had a better experience! Location is fantastic-- quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, downtown, park. The unit was beautiful, well appointed, full of amenities, comfy beds. Fantastic layout, laundry room is super convenient! Gorgeous back yard with private pool and hot tub. They have all you need for a day at the beach. There is so much attention to detail, I could not mention it all here! RENT THE GOLF CART! This was the highlight of my nephew's trip. :) It's SO much fun to ride around town, and so convenient! Tim was so gracious upon our arrival-- he took time to orient us to everything, took us for a ride to show us where everything is around town. He was super responsive, and just delightful to talk with. We felt right at home. We made friends with the family in the other unit and had a great time with them; we are keeping in touch! We can't wait to go back to Tim & Corinna's place!

Great location to the fishing pier on the bay and to the private beach. Two pools to choose from and patio access for two of the bedrooms. There was a wagon with a beach chair and umbrellas, a cooler, and plenty of beach toys. Perfect amount of beach towels and regular towels. The private beach had plenty of chairs and not crowded at all. Also, the cross walk signal is very close so it was very easy to cross and walk to the beach. Perfect location and a great place to stay.

Mitch was a superb host and very responsive. The condo was very clean and as described as in the Airbnb listing. We enjoyed the Heritage Landing community and would pick this place again!! Thanks Mitch!!!

Great location, quick and easy access to the beach. Nice pool and services such as beach chairs, beach toys for kids and umbrellas to borrow. Captains Curt’s across street for food including a coffee shop for breakfast (was delicious) and many dinner options 3 miles up the road to ‘The Village’. We parked the car which was costly and did not use the bus service/Trolley on the strip which I wish I looked into. Only stayed one night but was Great!

this place is great perfect for a quick get away. it's so close to the beach, tons of restaurants nearby. also Chris was very kind an responsive he had beach chairs an canopy that came in handy. cain't forgot about the hot tub it was perfect to end the night and relax.

My two boys and I truly enjoyed the condo. It was clean, tidy, roomy, well-equipped, and conveniently located. The community was quiet and peaceful. My boys loved the pool and I loved the hot tub. We were extremely pleased. While we were given a unit that differed from our original request, we understood the reason given and we were in no way disappointed with the new arrangement. The unit was perfect for us and we would definitely return. Bea and her assistant were quick to respond to my questions prior to arrival. We had no issues during our stay, so we never needed to communicate while we were there. Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy.

Nicole’s place was perfect for our family getaway. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space (3 bedrooms) and the condo was well equipped with essentials like shower soaps, kitchen items, and even some board games for downtime when it’s rainy. The condo and property were beautiful and quiet, but also loaded with plenty of amenities. We spent tons of time at the pool when we weren’t exploring or spending time at the beach. Definitely a hidden gem on Airbnb! We enjoyed everything about our stay and hope to be back!

Great value, lovely views of the marina, great if you have a boat.
