House holiday rentals in Rotorua

I stayed at Mike and Annemarie's with my family and my sister and her family and we had the best stay. The place was large enough to fit all of us comfortably and it was exactly as described - very warm and very comfortable. The geo thermally heated pool was put to good use every day, even during rainy days, the kids enjoyed it immensely! Thank you so much, we will be back!

We had another great stay at this resort. We have stayed in other places managed by Nerida before. This three bedder is maybe getting a little tired decor wise… so just now that it is a Kiwi bach experience that your getting in a great location. Will definitely be keen to come again.

Fantastic accommodation and hosts. The house is lovely and well equipped. The back deck and pool area is amazing. Very secluded. The hosts were also very helpful at returning a couple of items left behind. Top accommodation.

What a beautiful home for a family getaway! It surpassed our expectations, and they were high. Sarah and Darren have thought of absolutely everything and it is all top quality and so comfortable. One of my aunties marvelled that her bed was so good, she woke up without the usual aches and pains. Located just up the road from the redwood forest and tree walk, and only a few minutes from town, yet private and quiet, it was a perfect escape. Now we want to stay again during summer to make the absolute most of the fabulous pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommend!

Quirky fun layout. Very practical & roomy enough for 9 guests. The kids loved that the pool was available even though it was Easter weekend. Roszarri was very helpful and welcoming.

Great host, excellent house & great location. We stayed for New Years and could see the fireworks over the city. House and pool both clean and lovely.

I had a wonderful 3 day stay at this lovely homestay. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Beautiful stay with Faith! Very cosy and comfortable accommodation for our 2 nights there. It was near everywhere we wanted to go (Redwood forest, hell's gate, te puia, town for groceries and souvenier shopping) in a very nice quiet location. Bed was so comfy we had a very good sleep after driving around. Faith was also very friendly and we had a good chat with her. She even gave us recommdations on what we should do and told us where to go for a beautiful sunrise. One of us left the charger in the unit and she post it out for us. Super helpful and much appreciated! Thanks for making our stay memorable. We wish you all the very best!

Amazing place. Definitely the best airbnb we had on our 3 week NZ trip. Very private, nature all around which can be enjoyed thanks to the big windows. Well equipped kitchen, super clean. Can highly recommended!!!

We enjoyed ourselves tremendously at Ashleigh's stay. The airbnb was in a great location, only 5-10 minutes away from everything! The house itself was comfortable and cosy, with a great kitchen and backyard. If we're in the area again we would definitely book Ashleigh's place! Ashleigh replied fast and was a great host. An exceptional place to stay and the hosts have put so much time and effort into lots of details around the property. Couldn't recommend it more - it was an absolute stand out in our trip around Aotearoa New Zealand!

Beautiful stay nearby to Rotorua, white water rafting and geothermal areas. The bathtub on the deck is absolutely huge and definitely the highlight.

We only stayed one night as we had an event to attend, but we felt relaxed as soon as we entered this lovely clean home. Everything was clean and sparkling, the beds were comfortable, all linens high quality and the rural setting was gorgeous. Highly recommend this rental for anyone wanting to stay in the area and I hope to stay again when we are next looking for accomodation in Rotorua/Ngongotaha. Nice area and close to the biking tracks in the Redwoods. Very homely. Garage was handy for bikes. It was good to be able to use the washing machine and dryer .

This place was awesome! So homey and fun and the llama theme was taken seriously. Beds were so comfortable. The place actually felt like someone lived there and had all the supplies we needed. The host was super responsive and friendly and the house was a short drive from the main area. Would definitely recommend!

Peaceful location with amazing lake views. Very clean and tidy, and the fully equipped modern kitchen made us feel right at home. The welcome treats were a lovely touch. Loved the kayaks, firepit, and the well stocked games cupboard. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was absolutley spotless. The house felt so welcoming and we slept so well in the beds. Super comfortable mattresses and beautiful linen. Carpets felt like they were brand new. Anne was so kind and was happy to be there if we needed her. She made our 5 year old daughter feel at home. My daughter loved the presence of the animals on the property and the swings and trampoline were a pleasant surprise for her. We feel like we didn’t have enough time in Rotorua so plan to come back again one day and won’t hesitate to stay here again.

This place is absolutely beautiful!! Clean, tidy and felt just like home with the finishing touches. I will definitely be recommending and also looking to stay again next time we have another event. Thank you once again for hosting us 😊
