We work there with our horses (equestrian education and equicoaching) and do permaculture. On the first floor of one of the houses is an independent, newly renovated studio. Note that it overlooks the street, has an atypical entrance (low door to preserve an engraved lintel from the dawn of the landings) and a miller's staircase (steep) to access the sleeping area.
