Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

In the basement, there is a bar, foosball table and sofa with television. Outside a spacious garden with playhouse and trampoline. NEW wood-fired hot tub in the garden. In Cherry Cottage you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views over the meadows. This stylishly decorated red cedar cottage has all the comforts. The wood-fired hot tub can be booked for €60. This gives a Scandinavian experience and includes fresh water, crate of wood and hammam towels. You can enjoy the hot tub one more time for €15. Payment takes place during the stay, preferably in cash. Breakfast is possible in consultation for €15 pp from 9:00 a.m.

Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.
