Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Christine is a great host and always make sure that we felt at home. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at her place and it is still clean and artistic as before. My wife dropped her necklace after checking out and Christine is able to find it and make sure we receive it with the appropriate arrangement.

It is a small peaceful oasis filled with charm, perfect for recharging and discovering the surroundings. The apartment is comfortable, pleasant and well thought out. The house is extremely well located, peaceful and close to the Le Mans circuit. Perfect for a Grand Prix or 24-hour weekend. It takes ten to fifteen minutes to get there. The house is well appointed and equipped. The veranda is perfect for spending well-deserved evenings of rest after a day of touring. Catherine is a very accommodating and friendly host. The "special" weekend price for the circuit is high, as are all accommodations in the area, because there is a lot of demand. But the location close to the circuit is a big advantage. On a "normal" weekend, the location and accommodation are to be remembered for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to Catherine.

House at the top, where everything has been thought for comfort: from the huge garage for several cars, through the kitchen equipment, the comfort of the beds, the decor, in a peaceful neighborhood; Pauline follows us attentively and very courteously to anticipate the slightest problem... but there is none!

What can I say about this PERFECT house; perfect location, perfect layout, perfect cleanliness, perfect host. In short, you will have understood, if you have a stay to spend near Le Mans, do not hesitate, this is the house to rent.

We stayed with 10 people because of a destination wedding in the area. The house was fantastic to stay in with our large group. Had a very pleasant stay. Gwen was also a great host who takes care of everything! And as a bonus the house comes with a friendly cat! Would totally recommend staying at this location!

Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!

This apartment is great for Le Mans. its close to the tram system and local shops. It's just off the main drag so its quite yet within reaching distance of the action.

Lovely and very comfortable apartment, with great location close to the centre of Le Mans. Short walk to shops, great restaurants and bars. Our hosts went the extra mile to make sure our check in was easy. Would definitely recommend.
