We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa! The views are truly stunning and the photos do not do them justice! Maria was an incredible and caring host/ point of contact and was so responsive, providing special tips and recommendations to make our visit enjoyable! She’s happy to help, and even called ahead to restaurants for vegan options for us - thanks! The separate and very private bedrooms with their own entrances are great for sharing the space. Lots of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the view. The secluded rocky beach is breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike down and up - more for the adventurous type but absolutely doable and worth it! So peaceful and gorgeous down at that beach. Sometimes there is some noise from the neighbors and their dogs, cats, and from the road behind the house which is normal/ typical if off a main road and with neighbors - just flagging that although it is private and somewhat secluded it can get noisy at times. 100 percent would return!!

What a beautiful place (nice and clean)! Top location to explore the eastern part of Crete. We enjoyed the wonderful villa and it’s quiet garden a lot.

We had an exceptional time at Maria's. The house is beautiful, perched in a small preserved hamlet. Everything is perfect, nothing is missing for you to be comfortable and especially the decoration is splendid. The kitchen equipment, the quality of the linen: everything is tasteful and appreciable. We were welcomed like royalty, the fridge was full, it was incredible. In addition, we shared several meals with Elsa, Adonis, her husband and locals. These were moments of great friendship, where we were able to discuss Greek culture and music. Don't miss this place, it's an unforgettable experience. Once again, Greek hospitality takes on its full meaning.

huge house with beautiful terrace and amazing view in a tiny village. absolute privacy, very calm, you can completely relax. the way to Sitia is about 15 min by car, there you find a lot of shops and restaurants. everything was great, only the double beds are a little bit short for people with a body size over 1,8m. overall highly recommended and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Listing as described. Very well-equipped, clean and functional apartment. The washing machine was not working during our stay, however the hosts were going to do what was necessary to repair it soon. Downtown is within walking distance. Beautiful sea views, very nice balcony. Very quiet at night, quality bedding.

Hospitality is top-level. Ioannis father is a great host, very caring, cheerful, cool and ready to help with any need. On arrival day he prepared a dinner and lots of Greek delicacies for next day breakfast. I highly appreciated and thanked for this as i was driving from the airport with no groceries. The house is clean and confortable surrounded by olive trees with a relaxing atmosphere. Kitchen is fully equipped, there are two toilets that can be really a plus if you are 3-4 people. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to return. I can highly reccomend Ioannis place.

Very fun and special environment with nice and friendly people. The home is originally furnished with old furniture. Bed somewhat hard. Not TV, shampoo or oil. But lovely fruit as a welcome. And lots of atmosphere. One is not alone, but part of a small "community". The host's father comes every day and looks after the garden and greets, and the neighbors sit outside in the garden eating and watching TV. The location is such a bit in the middle of nowhere, but on the other hand, you are away from the tourist area inside Sitia and can easily get into there by car in five minutes. A nice experience staying a week at Daniel's house and garden.

Despite the difficulty of communication in our respective languages, we were able to quickly exchange thanks to G..gle Translate!! We were received wonderfully with raki, small cake and olive oil from the family production! Great hosting in a beautiful home! Delighted with the stay!!
