Picturesque riverside vacation spot outside of Montreal! We loved this spacious and modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen so I could easily make breakfast and dinner throughout our stay. Géraldine and Benoit are very welcoming and accommodating. Some highlights of our trip were kayaking on the river right from the property, and taking day trips into Montreal to visit museums.

Nice place and Very clean

Very good location in Old Town for our short trip. We did not use metro but we were able to walk to attractions/bars/restaurants. The apartment was clean and we had no issues with noise (we were there on a Monday and Tuesday). It was nice having parking (why we chose the listing) but note the outdoor parking is a ~5 min walk so keep in mind if your luggage is heavy. The apartment is up two flights of stairs and then there is another flight of stairs in the apartment to the bedrooms (3 total) which is disclosed in the listing. Loic was very welcoming, responsive, and quickly helped us resolve an issue upon arrival with the parking pass. Great host!

It deserves 5 stars — very secure and clean, with lots of space to spend time with family. I will go back again. I felt at home.

On a adoré notre séjour à Farnham! L'endroit est impeccable, super propre et plein de petites attentions qui rendent le séjour ultra confortable. Le lit et le divan sont hyper douillets, et il y avait plein de commodités, même le frigo était rempli de bonnes choses à notre arrivée, une belle surprise qu'on a beaucoup appréciée! L’emplacement est parfait: tranquille, juste à côté d'un charmant petit café, et en arrière il y a une piste cyclable idéale pour marcher avec les chiens. On était trois personnes et on avait largement assez d'espace. Bref, un gros coup de cœur! On recommande chaudement et on y retournerait sans hésiter!

This rental unit is perfectly located. We did not need our car for the entirety of our stay. To note, street parking is not an option so we parked across the street in the port for $55/day Canadian. Also, there are 19 steps up to get into the unit and then another 15-18 steps up to the 3rd floor bedroom/bathroom. The 3rd floor is totally open so if using bring sleep mask and ear plugs. Our party of 4 spent very little time indoors, other than at night. Old Montreal is beautiful and walkable, especially from this location.

It was a great house to live and my family loved our stay

I was there with 6 colleagues for a work retreat. The home was spotless with plenty of room for us to spread out or meet when we needed to. The surroundings and the house were both lovely and peaceful. Thanks to the hosts for sharing their beautiful spot!

We loved our stay at Caitlin’s lake house in Alburgh. The views of Lake Champlain were amazing. Great sunset viewing every night. Comfortable living space & beds. Lots of space. Amazing “breakfast nook” in kitchen. The dock & outdoor furniture were so nice! We spent almost 2 full weeks here & definitely recommend this quiet lakefront house to others. We were in the area to explore all of the Vermont/Federal land & wildlife areas. Hiking, swimming, birding, hunting, fishing, all are at your fingertips or close by. Alburgh is a nice small town and was a great home-base for our explorations.

We had a fantastic stay at Summer’s place in Ormstown. The house was perfect for our large family—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully outfitted with every detail you could imagine. As a family that does a lot of cooking, we really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was: plenty of cookware, dishes, glassware, and even those little things that most places forget. You can tell this is the home of someone who knows hospitality inside and out (not surprising, since Summer also runs the great tavern across the street!). We felt truly at home here and would come back in a heartbeat.

La propreté des lieux.Les détails pour assuré le confort des visiteurs.Les bases essentielles d'une maison, tout y était. Le foyer. Salle de lavage. Animaux acceptés. L' adaptation partiel pour une personne en fauteuil roulant,c est super! Les moins: Le réseau internet moyen. Unique salle de bain, pas de ventilation. Le divan est inconfortable.Certains équipements seraient dû à être renouvelés.Tiques présentes. Bref, je recommande cette maison. J' y retournerais sans hésitation.C'est un endroit magnifique. Près de l'autoroute, des restaurants et des services. Merci énormément à nos hôtes.

Danny was an amazing host and the accommodations were only outshined by the views. Fishing, boating and swimming were all available from the onsite dock and there were even kayaks available. Danny was very helpful and only a call or text away if we needed anything (which we didn’t, because everything was thought of). I would absolutely recommend a stay!

We had a wonderful stay, it felt like we were home and we weren't quite ready to leave at the end. During our stay there was a huge storm, loss of power and some flooding in the basement. The person they use to oversee the property was super quick to respond and very helpful and took care of the situation immediately. Genevieve was also in touch the whole time. Communication was fantastic, the location is amazing, close to great restaurants (walking distance), a nearby bike path by the water we used to take my kid to his day camp. Lots of playgrounds close by for all ages. So all and all a great stay!

Christian was a lovely, respectful, and responsive host! The bed was comfortable, the space was comfortable, I liked sitting at the little outdoor table in the back garden. Also, the metro stop was less than ten minutes’ walk away. A perfect base from which to explore the city.

The view of the lake is so serene and having access to it on the property was quite the bonus feature. My family knew it was too cold to swim but we were looking forward to the calmness of it all. Dominique let us know that she'd be around the last night of our stay which was a nice heads up in case we heard any noises in the main house above. They were very quiet neighbors! We took a trip over to Cold Hollow Sculpture Park during the day to visit during their last open weekend of the year which was a nice way to see some art and the surrounding landscape. Maybe next time we'll get a bite to eat somewhere but we had everything we needed to prepare meals so we mostly stayed put this time around. We'd love to stay again next time we're looking for a VT getaway if they'd have us.

J'ai passé 9 nuits formidables chez Kelly-Ann. Je recommande, bon emplacement et au calme, pratique avec un grand supermarché à moins de 5 min en voiture.

Une 2e fois pour nous dans cet hébergement et nous avons adoré tout comme la première fois. L'emplacement est parfait à proximité de plusieurs services. Le parc et les terrains de pickle ball sont à quelques minutes à pieds, le quartier est calme et paisible. Le logement est impeccable !

Ranka’s place was even better than the pictures! SUPER clean and within walking distance of a wonderful bakery. Only a 20-30 minute drive from the city, with traffic. She was very friendly and accommodating and we loved our stay. HIGHLY recommended!

Linda's place was perfect! It was very clean, was just like the pictures, and very well designed -- just really beautiful. It is right on the lake and we took full advantage of the outdoor space as well as the kayaks and paddle boards. Linda was an incredibly gracious and responsive host. We would highly recommend her place!
