Please note - there is a studio apartment with its own entrance on the lower ground floor - rented separately.

The location is ideal if you want to discover the jewels of our beloved Burgundy such as Semur en Auxois, Alesia, Flavigny as well as Vezelay and many more. Two highway exits are 15 km away. Our village of Epoisses is looking forward to hosting you to discover its beautiful heritage.

Access to the accommodation by two steps and exit at the back on the land by two steps as well. Village of 135 inhabitants; shops in Epoisses or Rouvray (8 km)
