Holiday rentals with beach access in Rovaniemi

We stayed at Jyrki’s flat during our time in Rovaniemi and it has definitely been an important factor for us to enjoy our trip here. Located right in the centre of the city and everything is within a short walk. For places that are further there are bus stations all around you. The flat was immaculately clean and new, compact but felt like home. There was clear instruction of everything inside the house. We arrived early and Jyrki very kindly offered us to store the luggage in the storage in basement. Jyrki has been very helpful throughout the stay and I highly recommend anyone travelling to Rovaniemi staying with Jyrki.

Great accomodation, very close to the city. Amazing views from the deck. Maarit was great! communication was very clear and she was very accommodative.

Laura and Antti were great hosts who responded quickly. We had a great stay with a child. The apartment had everything we needed for two-nights-stay. The location could not be better - everything was at walking distance and the view from living room was great. Highly recommended!

We had a great couple of days staying at Arttu's place. The place was squeaky-clean, had everything one needs and of course we really enjoyed relaxing in the Sauna after hiking and roaming Rovaniemi all day. Arttu is a very friendly, helpful and proactive host, which made the whole experience a 11/10. Thank you Arttu, we would gladly stay here again and can absolutely recommend it.

We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene da Teemu. Lui è stato molto disponibile e reattivo anche nel risolver qualche piccolo problema. La zona è molto tranquilla e la casa molto accogliente e pulita. Consigliato

Hemos pasado 5 días en casa de Daiva fantásticos. La casa tiene de todo, super cómoda, super cerca aunque nosotros teníamos coche de alquiler. La sauna es un plus,los trineos para los peques otro plus. Recomiendo mucho esta casa y volvería a repetir encantada

It is a beautiful, modern, and cozy house located on the bank of a lake, with large windows overlooking a breathtaking winter landscape. We stayed there two adults and one child—and had more than enough space. The house has everything you could need: a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely sauna to relax in after skiing, two cozy double bedrooms, nice living room with large sofa, and two showers! There are also sleds available for some fun in the snow. We rented cross-country skis for the entire week and enjoyed skiing right from the house onto the lake. We were also lucky enough to see beautiful northern lights from the window or while cooling off outside after the sauna. Just an 8-minute drive away, there’s a small village with a school that has an outdoor ice hockey rink, which can be used free of charge for figure skating or hockey. The nearest supermarket is also an 8-minute drive away, making it very convenient. The owners are extremely responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Alles war genau wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Besonders schön fanden wir die ruhige Lage und die gemütliche Atmosphäre – der perfekte Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

We were a group of 6 adults, and we all fitted very nicely in this wonderful cabin next to the lake. The silence of the forest was at times solely interrupted by the chirping of the birds. We felt right at home in the cabin, which was equipped with all we needed. For instance, the cabin had lot of amenities to cook, and towels and linens were available as nicely described. Within drivable distance from Rovaniemi, it was the perfect choice to spend time in the Finnish nature. The fireplace next to the lake and the private sauna made our stay unique. We highly recommend this place for medium sized groups who enjoy outdoors and having privacy and alternate the visit to Rovaniemi attractions with calmness and slow paced life of Finnish mökki. We had no troubles in driving with a van through the muddy road that runs through the hill and forest to reach the cabin in spring time. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Das Haus und die Aussicht sind wunderschön. Es war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Der Whirlpool war ein Highlight und dass wir natürlich fast jeden Abend die Nordlichter gesehen haben. Wir konnten uns sehr entspannen, aber auch einige Unternehmungen in der Gegend machen. Wir sind traurig, dass wir schon nach Hause müssen. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum und jeden Preis wert, wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke für alles.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless, cosy, and felt just like home. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the city centre and the Arktikum museum, making it easy to explore. Everything was well-equipped, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Abel was an amazing host, very responsive and flexible, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his hospitality. There was nothing to fault, and we loved every moment spent here. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The attention to detail made our experience even better. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a clean, cosy, and well-located place, this is it! L'appartement proposé par Ansa est joliment décoré avec des pièces spacieuses et chambres séparées, équipement complet. L'immeuble est ancien mais au calme et proche du centre ville. Ansa est très réactive et nous a donné des recommandations de visite et restaurants judicieuses. Très bon séjour.

kiki's place is about 15mins walk to the city centre (~1km). it was okay for us to walk to and fro daily (had to clock in those steps! 😂). otherwise, the stay was amazinggggg!! her place felt so warm & cozy. there was also a file with instructions and even recommendations on the activities that we can do here! it's also a short walk away from the museum—Arktikum.

The house is very clean and the environment is comfortable. What is surprising is the large window in the kitchen, where you can enjoy the night sky and even the aurora while dining. The owner was very kind and willing to help us a lot, we are very grateful to him. If I come to Rovaniemi next time, I will stay here again.

I spent a night at Joni's place with my family. It was great . The location is very close to the main area..walkable. Near to market, shops, resturants. The apartment was lovely and was clean. Thanks Joni for hosting us..would love to come back to your place.

I stayed for a really short time as I had a flight to catch early in the morning. Great place , very near to all the city attractions and well maintained
