Very nice apartment in the middle of Istria! Ideal for reaching Rovinj, Pula or Opatija in a short time. Beautiful quiet location, perfectly equipped. Emanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and even showed us their wine cellar - including tasting. Lovingly restored stone house with well-kept garden and parking right by the house. Highly recommended!

This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Jelena is an extraordinary hostess of great kindness who takes the time to explain everything without being invasive. She helped us find a fabulous restaurant, she even took the trouble to book for us. I recommend this listing which is a 20-minute walk from the city center.

Loved the location of the apartment. You can even watch the sunset through the little windows.

We really enjoyed staying here and would do it again. The apartment had everything we could possibly need as well as beautiful surroundings. Very spacious and tidy. There is a playground in the back as well as two minutes away which was super nice too! We would definitely stay again! Very lovely hosts

This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Very quiet ( windows amazing!) even though it is so close to so much! Thank you so much for opening your home to my family ❤️

Great place perfect location in the one town. You have to park a few minutes away and Srdan took us from the parking to the apartment and then took us back to the car again to collect the rest of our luggage, very helpful and great host. What a great place! We loved the apartment! It is beautiful, clean, well located and a lot of personality and charm. Zarko was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend — one of the best places we have stayed on our trip through Croatia — just know there are a lot of stairs! :)

The apartment was very clean and ideally located: in just a 5-minute walk you can reach numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. Lada as a host was just great – helpful, friendly and always reachable for questions. We can 100% recommend this place!

The view alone is worth the price. The apartment is immaculate and comfortable. The walk into old town is quick and easy and the on-site parking was wonderful. We are already planning our trip back.

Elena was an amazing host. She was always easy to reach, friendly and courteous.

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

Everything was as described and you had a wonderful view of the sea. Ksenija was always available when something was up and very friendly.

We had a great stay at Cindy’s apartment. The location is fantastic and the space itself is cosy and very quiet. Be mindful that the steps are quite steep up to the apartment if you have big bags but we managed it fine. Thanks for a lovely time, we would love to come back some day!

Suzana welcomed us with her very open and friendly manner. She was always available to us. The place is simple, but with our 3 children it was optimal. Ground-level exit to the private, fenced garden, 2-minute walk to the sea, 10 minutes to the nearest park. The city was also within easy reach. For us, the ideal location for excursions of various kinds. And if you just want to relax, the property itself offers enough "places" to feel comfortable.

We were guests of Sara in Pula (Valkane) from May 19 to 25, 2025 and had a wonderful stay! Sara is a warm, open hostess who speaks fluent Italian and English. We had apartment 1, a very clean, lovingly furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, two air conditioners and a small balcony. Everything was super well maintained, the toilet and the entire apartment sparkling clean. The view of the sea was fantastic! The location is quiet, with a beautiful garden and even fresh fruits – at the same time, everything you need (supermarket, beach, old town) is quickly accessible. Sara explained everything to us in detail and was very helpful throughout the stay. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended!
