Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rowville

This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

The place is very comfortable and convenient. Roadside parking was super easy and always available. L&K are very gracious, kind and thoughtful hosts. The wine and biscuit and milk in the fridge are really welcoming gifts at the end of a really long travel. Sound proofing of the unit was awesome - did not hear the traffic on the road, nor neighbors talking in the hallway or movements from upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances and table ware. It was a luxury to be able to use the coffee machine and milk steamer. Most of all, thank you L&K for providing ample coffee capsules and variety of teas that gave us a good start in the morning!

Great accomodation, neat, clean and tidy. Host was great at communicating. Perfect place to stay with shops and food options close by. Thanks for hosting us, we would love to come back.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. So close to everything, big space and a beautiful view! The stairs to get to the apartment were quickly forgotten when we walked in. Beautiful place and very kind and generous hosts!

Perfect Location & Impeccable Stay! The apartment boasts an unbeatable location with a major shopping mall directly downstairs, offering ultimate convenience for daily needs. The room was exceptionally clean, organized, and hands down the **most well-equipped Airbnb I’ve experienced**—they’ve thought of every detail! My stay was utterly comfortable, and I’ll 100% book here again when visiting Melbourne. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Libby and Rob’s place! Their hospitality was truly wonderful — from the warm fire and the beautiful handmade cakes waiting for us on arrival, to all the thoughtful touches for our 5-year-old daughter. The house itself is beautiful, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. Our daughter especially enjoyed playing the piano — such a lovely bonus! Thank you again for making our stay so special. Samantha’s house was beautiful and in the mountains. Such a peaceful and quiet get away and everything was so scenic. The house itself was a cabin in the woods vibe but modernly decorated and renovated and SO homely. Samantha gave us some great food recommendation and there’s so much to do in the surrounding areas, nature walks etc. would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about it

This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

This property is everything it says in the listing and more! Extremely peaceful with all of the amenities. After attending a wedding close by it was a cosy retreat that provided warmth on a cool June night. Getting ready was easy with the vast amount of mirrors in the property and space for everyone! Highly recommend staying at this property!

It was a great house and the house was so clean and nice. The area was nice and the layout of the house was good.

We are locals that needed a place to stay while we had some repairs done to our property. Jeremy was responsive and friendly. We really appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us. The creek and nature was beautiful. The bath is a standout, loved using it each day!

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!
