The location was close to all the attractions Daylesford has to offer. We can recommend your home to anyone.

Amazing place to stay at for the weekend! Glenys was extremely friendly, gave lots of recommendations and was very accomodating. The accomodation was super clean, backyard was awesome for my dog and the hot tub was great. Would highly recommend!

Sarah’s place is a good find. Conveniently located near downtown Melbourne. She was very responsive. Incredible views of downtown Melbourne from her place. You have to pick up the key from a local grocery store (which worked fine) and there is only one key, but overall the stay was great. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Recommend staying here! Good value!

The Martini Suite was a magical experience. The location was central to everything & the apartment & decor was even more spectacular in person. Public transport, restaurants, activities & sights are all within walking distance. We loved everything about the space & appreciate the thought & care that has gone into creating it. What a beautiful little slice of the yarra valley. The heating was very efficient, it was icy overnight and we had no idea. We woke to kangaroos outside the window each morning. The caretakers lodge was much closer to the accommodation than I expected, however they were very helpful and friendly and I didn't see them apart from when I checked in. The house is stunning. The view from the huge windows is lovely. It felt very luxurious and was a lovely place to stay after getting married. I would absolutely recommend Kangaroo Manor to others, and I'd love the opportunity to stay there again one day. The hosts were very proactive, kind, and professional, and gave me the impression that I could contact them at any time. Thank you for a very memorable experience.

Peaceful, quiet stay, surrounded by greenery and an assortment of animals from various local birds to lamas to kangaroos. Hosts were also warm and friendly, left us a welcome note on the fridge. Definitely would stay longer had I had more days to go around! 👍

Great place for a nice relaxing weekend away! Beautiful warm cozy home with toasty fire places to keep the place warm, big yard for the dogs to explore and plenty of art for the baby to look at. Kate was very easy to communicate with and very proactive with information about checking in/out and things to do near by. Will definitely look to stay here again!

This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

We had an amazing time with Bob, Shirley, and Jenny. They were so friendly and made us feel like we had known them for ages. We loved the tour around the farm in Bob’s Model T and got lots of great pictures with the alpacas. The retreat is about 15 minutes from both Castlemaine and Bendigo, making it a perfect home base for when you’re in the area.

Such a magical view from wherever you were in the house. The view was amazing from sunrise to sunset. It felt immediately at home and warm, especially when the fire is on. So grateful that it is also dog friendly, our doggo was also able to enjoy the stay. We stayed here for a couple of nights for our baby moon and can’t think of a better place to spend this time. Thanks Andrew for a magical stay.

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Highton House. It’s a lovely home with amazing views and several fireplaces. It was icy cold when we visited but there were also plenty of heaters and electric blankets which kept us cosy. Brad and CJ were easy to get in touch with and were happy for me to bring my dog - who also loved his stay! It’s nice and close to town but feels like you’re far from civilisation. A very positive experience - would recommend!

We loved Gingers on the Hill. It feels like home and is full of thoughtful touches to make your trip away that little bit special. It's an elegant nod to the mid-century aesthetic and so comfortable and quiet. So great. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is cozy, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The view from the apartment is absolutely beautiful, especially in the morning. Everything was clean and well maintained. We would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!

Claire is an amazing host. She went the extra mile to turn up the heating before we arrived and property was cosy and warm when we checked in. The house was more beautiful than photos and despite the gloomy rainy weather, we didn’t mind staying in to enjoy the property. Kitchen facilities were very complete and we could fix meals comfortably. Highly recommend :)
