Monthly Rentals in Royal Hillsborough

Alastair was a fantastic host. Very responsive particularly with my silly questions. The property is delightful, and we particularly liked some of the artwork and quirky things in the property. It also had a lovely patio and garden area that was private and protected from the wind. A lovely place to sit outside with a drink or have dinner. We had a bonus one night when the bell ringers in the adjacent church were practising, which was awesome. The property is also within walking distance of some great cafés and bars in Hillsborough, and there is a lovely walk around the lake that is easily accessible from the property. We will definitely be looking to book this place again on our next trip back to Northern Ireland.

This apartment is in a fabulous location right in the heart of Royal Hillsborough. It is really close to a number of excellent cafés, a great little deli, a couple of awesome bars and right across the road there is a small co-op if you need any last minute things to self cater. It has a very warm welcoming feeling about it, and you’ll feel immediately at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexandra's place as accommodation prior to my wedding for myself and the bridal party. Alexandra and Sally were very accommodating and even provided some provisions of bread, milk and Prosecco! I would definitely love to stay here again with more time to explore the local area, which is beautiful. The house itself is charming and characterful, as well as well-equipped for cooking and doing laundry. There is a double garage at the rear of the garden which was very helpful for parking.

Brian’s place was great he went above and beyond to cater for a late check in, I arrived in the middle of the night after a wet motorcycle ferry crossing. He had fresh milk and bread in the kitchen which was a nice surprise for breakfast! Overall cosy little spot highly recommended.
