A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

At Saintbury Grounds Farm we have four self-catering holiday let properties set within the converted outbuildings of our 17th century Cotswold stone farmhouse. With ample space for 8 guests, including 4 legged friends, this cottage is perfect for exploring everything the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire have to offer. We welcome a maximum of 2 small, well-behaved dogs at this property and charge £35 per pet per stay (invoiced separately).
