We loved this air bnb! It was perfect for me, my husband, and our two dogs. We loved the house and location! Beautiful neighborhood to walk our girls, but also close to lots of restaurants and little shops.

Frank was amazing. The house was also amazing and roomie. I will for sure be using this air bnb again. Thank you so much for your hospitality and letting us rent your space.

Chris was very responsive with any issues we had and took care of everything we needed quickly and efficiently. We would definitely rent this house again next time we're in town. I had a great stay at this lovely home. Great neighborhood and wonderful backyard! The house was very clean and just as describing. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Great place all around!

Roger was a responsive and accommodating host who was willing to work with us to make sure his house would suit the needs of our long term work trip. The house was very nicely appointed and looked either newly built or very recently updated; definitely nicer than many others in the area. Additionally, it’s not too far from some good restaurants, bars, etc. Will definitely look to book this house in the future if ever in the area again.

I had friends come out of town and we were all in agreement that this one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The host provided us with every amenity possible but whats really impressive is that this house had absolutely every little amenity. So many convenient tools and gadgets in the house and they were all quality products. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen had everything possible!! We would come back here without a doubt. Really cute and beautiful house. Thank you for the stay!!

It was so great! 5th anniversary girls weekend trip for 10 gals in our 40s. I didn’t take an official poll, but we have travelled to Georgian Bay, Lake Huron and now here and this was a fave of more than a few! Beautifully appointed - we mentioned more than once that we wish this place had an Amazon storefront (give us the links!) Lots of places to sit and easy to move furniture around as necessary. Not a tonne of counter space in kitchen but with some improvisation it was easy enough to make do. Sleeping arrangements were the only bummer as we booked for 10, not realizing that included 2 on an air mattress. Just read closer than we did and you’ll be fine. It was a great stay! And the privacy was great as we like a little karaoke 🎤 in the evening hours. 🎶

We found this home last year during the death of my father and have stayed multiple times since then. This stay was for my mother's funeral. It feels like home and was very comfortable.

Kyle's place was perfect for our needs. The fully equipped kitchen made it possible for us to enjoy home cooked meals which was nice. The full working laundry 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms was fantastic. It was good to come home & relax after our long days of visiting our brother who was in a hospice in Waterford. What I loved most about Kyle's place was that it felt comfortable, spacious & homely. Thank you Kyle.

Home was IMMACULATE and Ferndale was a gem! Such a cute small town with so much to do! Pool was perfect and nice to have it heated. This is the safest and friendliest city neighborhood I have ever stayed in! So quiet and chill. Def hit rust belt market while there! Host was so sweet and responsive and home is well outfitted with super comfy beds and several TVs and hanging out areas.

Perfect place for a short stay. The unit was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. AC worked great for balmy Detroit summer days. Closest bar/restaurant is about a mile walk away, a quick walk or scooter (go to McShane’s and get the wings!). Only slight quibble is - hope you don’t get a family with young kids staying in the unit upstairs cos their morning stomping comes right through the ceiling. Jaclyn tried her level best to rectify but kids are gonna be kids, whaddyagonnado?

This place is amazing! If you’re like me and trying to decide between a few different Airbnbs for your trip to Detroit, just pick this one! It’s cute, comfortable, and welcoming! It’s in a great location with lots of restaurants and shopping close by! We will definitely be staying here next time we visit Detroit! Amber and Corey both are great hosts who respond quickly and make sure you are taken care of, I can’t thank them enough for being great hosts!

We stayed for a month with our 2 dogs. Fenced yard with a doggie door. Table and chairs on patio were used by us frequently. Propane grill and charcoal grills were there, but we didn’t use them. We were on a mission to buy a house in the metro area, and Sam’s place was our cozy base- so nice to come home to. We purchased a pass for the amazing Royal Oak dog park- which I highly recommend. Sam anticipated travel needs with a lot of special touches. Nice cookware, some kitchen staples were already present, and the ninja drip coffee maker had a handy foaming attachment. No need for a trip to the barista! Very close to Trader Joe’s. Relaxing strolls downtown RO with our 2 pups capped off our evenings. Beds were comfy, and linens soft and thick. Big name brand TV’s, and fast internet. Screened in porch for the rainy days was cozy. The whole stay felt luxurious. Would not hesitate to stay there again, we are really going to miss this place. Thank you to Sam for being so great!

We had a good stay and the location was perfect for our home base. The beds were quite comfy, which is always nice since you never know what kind of mattress you'll be sleeping on until you have to sleep on it. The hosts were very nice, easy to communicate with and very responsive. The Airbnb was super cute with tons of space. We did have an issue with hot water while we were there, but Rachel was quick to respond and help resolve it. One thing of note is that the walls are crazy thin and you can hear almost everything on either side, as people were staying in those adjacent apartments. Thankfully, everyone was respectful and quiet at night. With that said, definitely bring an eye mask and ear plugs for sleeping if you are sensitive to noise and light while you sleep. The bedrooms face 9 mile and it's a busy downtown where people are out and about late due to being a popular night life area. The location was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and restaurants.

Elainea's condo was a nice size with full kitchen and our stay was peaceful and quiet. Elainea was very responsive to any questions, and I would stay again if in the area!

My friends and I had a great time staying here. Very close to ford field / lil Caesars area. The garage parking was very nice and convenient.

Charming house with a good amount of space in a very nice neighborhood. very clean and homey.
