Second to none in Madrid´s city centre has a big swimming-pool in a spacious back yard. The studio is composed of an open space and a kitchen, has a sofa bed for two and a queen bed. The studio is fully equipped. This studio is comfortable, warm, full of sunlight and quiet as it is facing the back of the building and away from the street noise. This building´s residents are respectful and quiet. Tourist, cultural and culinary attractions are within walking distance; there´s no need to use the public transport. The most important museums in Madrid: El Prado, Reina Sofía, Thyssen, Caixa Forum and many more. You can also leisurely stroll to The Madrid of the Austrias, Barrio de las Letras, San Miguel Market, El Rastro flea market and The Buen Retiro Park. The studio is located in one of the safest and most convenient areas in Madrid´s city centre. You can easily walk or take one of the several means of transport within a few metres. From Barajas Airport, or from Atocha train station you can take the metro to Sol, Tirso de Molina and La Latina stations. From there you just have to walk less than 150 metres to the studio. There are four big supermarkets within five minutes walking distance. Please be polite and take your neighbours into consideration. Loud noise and parties at a late time are forbidden.

The apartment sleeping up to 4 people is very well and beautiful furnished. It has one large bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. And it has a second room with twin beds and bathroom with shower in front of the room. The living room is nice and comfortable and face the swimming pool and garden of the house. Small kitchen well equipped with open window to the living room. The apartments building has an outdoor swimming pool during summer time. In a word: perfect!!!
